I was more referring to the titanium showing heat skid marks in the middle of the tub. Was discussed earlier in the thread
Don’t recall that discussion, so I’m not sure what “skid marks” are.
The only expected change I see, is the metals color change when titanium is heated, which many like on certain titanium products.
1-2 Qtips, swab tub after session, clean & ready for next session. Before putting it away, I often use another qtip with 190 ethanol, and clean the tub & screws on top, sometimes pressing the power button at the melt temperature, for a bit of heat. Unlike all my ceramic bowls, the Cricket can be heated later to clean the tub, at anytime, titanium does absorb anything….
Besides the high list price, the main thing I dislike, is cleaning the THIN & fragile glass chimney. But I figured that out with some other members feedback in this thread, you can search on my older posts if interested….
