Does anyone know the exact size of the glass fitting that the elbow fits into on top of the EV2? I want to buy one of these for my Extreme Q, but it has to fit into my 18mm female slot. normally I would assume it didn't fit because its a different vape, but the elbow peice accessory says it fits with the extreme Q, and if the elbow joint fits, doesn't this piece have to fit? seeing as the plug into the same spot.

The EV-2 has a 18mm fitting, so yeah, you are good.
Seems like there are straight ones now as well:

If for no other reason then having another choice it's nice to have a selection of bowls and stems, different lengths and shapes for different peoples needs. I haven't used the longer direct draw stem though and the original short one works well for me. I will pick up a longer one when the EV-2 gongs are back in stock to try one out Just to see if it changes the experience at all. Looks like it could have maybe a little different airflow which could change things a bit.

Straight stem, large opening, non ground GonG. I'd say it is enough of a difference and actually think about ordering one when I get my Nano.

So a parcel was delivered today, managed to collect it on my lunch break, was thinking it was the EV2 and i was cursing coz its payday next week and im skint and havent got my step down convertor yet lol so i thought id have this beautiful vape sitting there unuseable until next week haha, it wasnt the EV2 it was my replacement brand new solo, newest model so it charges while using, i now got more glass stems too wooo :-) kinda good coz i can not smoke now and vape me solo til the EV2 comes and have one hell of an easter holidays, well all 4 days of it anyways lol happy vaping ppl :-)

:-) thanks rude boy and Herr-dampf, i got me solo on full heat burning off factory stuff, then ill fit the stem, then ill chill for the evening in the beautiful sun we have for a change lol ( southern england you no what im saying ) this with the EV will be my daily drivers, and im sure ill add a nano to the collection in a few months, best get some overtime in :-) happy thursday eve everyone (sorry i forget its not the same time everywhere, so happy thursday / friday :-)

So my EV-2 is at the post office, i have no money until thursday or saturday, i cant wait to pick it up :-) i will be writing a review very soon cant wait :-)

Question guys im in England, i can get a 45w power adapter, US to UK, or a 100w one, which do you think would be best ? Thanks guys :-)

Herr_dampf thank you kindly :-) i did see some comments thru the thread saying 45w could be a little underpowered, i will get the 100W :-) Thursday i will be collecting my ev2 i no its that coz i gotta pay £13 tax lol haha :-) happy vaping

Enjoy it! The EV-2 goes great with a piece of glass, just needs a wee bit more space than other, smaller logs. It's perfect on top of bubblers like the Moebius Ion Matrix or the Blaze Cage Perc I own.

Im definately going to get it hooked up to some glass :-) any websites online you no of for any of those bubblers ? I have found a cheap one im going to try :-) many thanks :-)

Its here, its epic, its simply amazing, beautifully crafted what an amazing piece of work this is, the whips awesome, the direct draw glass i got i used second and i also turned it up a bit for bigger hits and bam its spot on im in love, will attach this baby to some water soon and update :-) im very happy big thanks to andy it was all perfectly packaged and its cherry and its just amazing :-)

In the past I said that I wasn't able to get the direct draw to work correctly for me but I've developed a technique and am enjoying the multiple back to back large direct draw hits.

I like to suck up 1/4 to 1/3 bowl then hold the direct draw stem upside down to get a nicely packed bowl. I then place the top hat screen on the stem, then while the stem is upside down I start drawing and rotate the direct draw stem in my lips til it's upright and place it into the ev-2 and take my first hit. This keeps the bowl nice and packed which delivers thicker hits and roasts the bowl more evenly and efficiently. After the first hit the bowl is pretty packed so it can be used regularly until I stir after 2 or 3 hits ... then the same technique to keep the bowl packed for the first hit.

No the one on the epicvape website are only for the e-nano not the EV2. You may be able to adapt a 19mm male to male gong. Or shoot Andy an email and see if he can come up with an EV2 gong for you.
