I ordered a VapCap original and a quad torch on the 4th and still haven't gotten the tracking email. is George behind on his orders?

I made order 2338 on June 8th for a replacement body, triple lighter, orings, condensers, and a fat mouthpiece and it's in processing.

I figured stuff ships out as available and didn't want my woody ti to hold up the order so I got it separate (order 2339), but it's also still processing. Just fyi in case someone else has had that idea.

Also I'm not trying to be a squeaky wheel to get it shipped before my time, I've got a dynastash and vapcap s I love just about daily. Long shipping times are right now an unfortunate reality to an otherwise awesome company with an awesome staff making awesome vapes.

@purplelicious -June 4th or July 4 th? If you ordered on July 4th most likely you still have a heck of a wait my friend... Although it may be a bit less for just OG cap. It has almost been 6 weeks since I placed order for omni, burly and odds n ends. If you ordered June 4th I would guess it will be very soon!!!!
Been about 6 weeks since I ordered also. Pretty sick of waiting to the point where I'm not really even interested in the vape anymore.

I'm sure that will change when I finally do get it.

I'd have thought a simple Blackwood would have been here by now.

I was order #1902, got my confirmation this morning. I ordered a Ti Woody Cocobolo, ordered on the 16th May. It's been a long wait but my body is ready :rofl:

Are these shipped via usps? I just moved and have my mail forwarded through USPS to the new address but if George uses fedex or ups I'll have to change my shipping address with him, I guess.

I'll be waiting for a simple ti woody for two months on Tuesday. Sent an email to see what's up and if there's any other wood more readily available because this is getting a little ridiculous.

I'm in the exact same boat actually, Tuesday will mark exactly 8 weeks of waiting time on my double crown Cocobolo Ti woodie plus an XL condenser. I really hope I get an email soon.

I too am dealing with the same deal. I ordered June6th and have been under the impression I'd be receiving shipping confirmation any day now based on an email with George a few weeks ago where he indicated my order was about a week out. 3 weeks later and nothing. To make matters worse it looks like you guys @The Stranger& Symphonic 77 ordered even before me and are still waiting. Loosing all hope :(

My first order was placed the end of March. I kept adding to my order while I waited and also threw in a custom request. So, I greatly contributed to the delay in processing my order. My happy package arrived June 23, almost 3 months later.

BOY, WAS THAT WAIT WORTH IT!!! :love::luv::love:

I placed my second order a couple weeks ago. Again, I am requesting custom work. I know that I am not the only one placing additional orders.

Anyway, I had some back and forth with George @VapCap on my order and custom work. He mentioned that the backlog of orders were about a month or so behind and that he was in the process of streamlining production as well as hiring more help. He expected that he would be able to close the shipping gap fairly soon. These are the growing pains of ramping up a new business. Frustrating at times for customers, but it is what it is and George seems to be doing all the right things to get his product out.

Anyway, in many ways this is a good news story; repeat orders mean this product satisfies enough to prompt repeat customers. Soaring sales and need to expand to meet customer demand reinforces the fantastic product that it is.

Anyway, I hope your special package is shipped soon. When it does, I hope the wait will have been worth it. :)

Look's like i'm getting my Hopper before my Vapcap order. I never heard of anyone reporting this so figured i would, Don't get me wrong i'm not complaining about Dynavap there a small company that popular super quick. I only ordered my Vapcap s on the 12th of this month.


I did notice one thing i would like to see changed it appears existing customers with broken caps aren't top priority. I would hate to have something break order simple repair parts and it not ship within two to three business day's. I will gladly wait longer for my new customer order so existing customers could receive replacement parts first.

Taking the grasshopper in example is not a wise thing I think.... Although it's been only two weeks since you made your order... Mine is 20 days old and I don't expect to receive it before another month or so, and I would be happy to see this little parcel made with love whenever he came!

I have canceled my grasshopper order after waiting for it so many weeks.....

I don't doubt you're gonna get yours in a few weeks ;)

Hey everybody, so I ordered a blackwood ti woody on the 22nd of June then modified my order to include a mouthpiece on the 17th of July and my order was placed in the mail on the 22nd of July. So it took exactly a month for it to ship, however I'm still waiting on it as it seems to be on route from Alaska for some reason? (Oregon resident so I thought this was strange, and it's 2 day shipping but nvm that) when I ordered George said he was about 3 weeks behind, and was always very quick to respond to every email I sent him! Try contacting him again if you don't recieved a response after a few days, he's a busy guy but he also understands great customer service and values our input!

I'm an existing customer and I'm waiting on 2 orders from June 8th. One is a cocobolo ti woody and the other is just some replacement parts. I made 2 orders because I thought the parts would ship faster than the woody. For me so far it's taken about a month for each of my orders to ship, this one is an exception almost going on 2 months.

I have no idea how his system works, but so far it has been an easy process talking to George through email and he always responded within hours. That was my own experience however seems others are having trouble getting in touch... worth the wait though in every way when you finally get to use the thing!

Since I ordered (20 days ago) I have sent and received more than 30 emails, with a reply in the day every time. And I'm a new customer (not even in US)
I'm used to shitty CS, but George and Matt are doing a wonderful job.

Try to contact us differently, it may have a problem ;)

I've been in the thread for around 6 months and I've only seen someone say they didn't respond to their emails maybe 3 times (this being the third). Usually it's the opposite with them saying how responsive they were and how great the cs was in whatever they wanted.

I vote try contacting them again too, them not responding sounds pretty unusual.

Yeah, I thought it was weird also. That's pretty impressive that they got back to you that many times that quickly.

Their timing is really good because now after all my bitching, I just got the confirmation email saying my order has completed this afternoon. :nod::luv:
