Funnily enough I have always found my old Moka pot to produce really bitter coffee (possibly down to my incompetence) so I rarely used it. I got rid of it as I now have an induction hob and it doesn't work.
Strictly V60 brews for me and I've recently acquired a second hand espresso machine with advice from a very helpful FC forum member. It's taken a while but I've finally dialled in the grind and timing to produce lovely shots
