Do Not Buy Mahatma

Bought a gram of shatter processed by Mahatma today. Took a dab and it tasted like it was more full of butane than THC. Threw it in my chamber at 80 degrees and it reacted like crazy. Posted a video on my Instagram calling them out and their response is pretty great. What an absolutely horrible company. They don't purge their concentrates and then won't admit it when there is video evidence in front of their eyes. I realize not all bubbles are necessarily butane but if you could see these in person you would without a doubt know it was butane bubbles. Super colorful.

Even if you give them MASSIVE benefit of the doubt and say that you @Jared may have done something wrong (and I've seen some of the stuff you've posted in the dab stash thread - so I doubt it was that) and caused it to look like it was still 'tane soup, then their response was still like a petulant troll...

Yeah that is dreadful man. Doesn't look like purged shatter at all, and the response was woeful regardless!

Nicely played. Since I'm not in the room and not a great judge of purging, I came in intending to stay neutral. But the vendor's response tells me all I need to know. Sounds like a company run by a kid who's had too much tane in his brain.

Luckily yes I did. I figured they would smarten up and delete them sooner or later.

800ppm tolerance... just cause that is the acceptable limit by standards doesnt make it ok to leave that much residual in it, is it?

especially when others are unhappy with even 100ppm residual.

After sitting in my vac most of yesterday, all night, and all morning, it still tastes like I am taking a dab of butane, not BHO. There's something else wrong with this stuff other than not being fully purged.

wow no wonder mahatma deleted those. that is the exact opposite of how you should represent your brand on social media. even if they were in the right (and that doesn't seem likely) publicly insulting someone is such an unprofessional way to handle things.

I think they've just gotten so huge they stopped giving half a shit about quality or customers a long time ago. They are in most dispensaries in Colorado unfortunately. They probably don't think it possible that 710 godz such as themselves could make a mistake.

Their conduct is where their true colors shine. I have zero experience with dispensary product, being still in a hypocrisy state. I purchased some nectar from omega labs (read: legal CBD dabs) it arrived with plant particulates inside. They were embarrassed and extremely apologetic. I had a refund before they even saw the pictures. THAT'S how it should be done.
