....soon...
At least we aren't hunting on our own. This is something that the collective mind of FC is keeping an eye on every day! The life cycle of a glassblower is much like that of a butterfly. They emerge from their cocoon, flutter their colorful wings around as a butterfly and then we never hear from them again.. A lot like Elton John.I haven't heard back from mike in over a week since I last asked him about the donut Klein and he said he hadn't had time to try to make it yet.
I sure hope he isn't dropping out like Doughboy did I really thought telling him 4-5 of us wanted these kleins would get him right on it but I guess not.
Looks like it is back to Instagram to find a new good unknown glassblower that does decent quality work for a fair price.
I really hope it works out, I'm still interested in getting one too.I heard back from mike about the donut Klein.
He said he has been really busy lately because of the holiday.
He said donut Klein soon so I'm hoping he will get a chance to try it after the holiday.
Welcome too FC Mike!!! I'd love to support you and give you business. Love your work and look forward to you trying those eggs!! I want one of those ASAP!!!Just wanted to get on here and explain my lack of response from time to time. Since the first post on this thread i have been overwhelmed with orders and have tried to address them in a timely fashion and try to give proper time quotes for production of discussed piece. I am a one man show, if i spent the time responding instantly to all messages nothing would get done.
I am also willing to try new things, but that has to come when my time and budget can afford it. I do not mark my prices up, i sell at the cost to run my business and pay my self a minimum hourly wage. When i create something new their is a risk it can crack all the time, and try to stay in a comfort zone so i can continue to feed my family.
Also thank you all for your business and have a happy holiday.
Mike
