Was looking at NVS glass shop drooling over the 18" tube when I realized that their shop is like a cpl miles from my old house. Like someone else was saying everything comes full circle, i can't wait to pick one of these up.
To you guys that got the tube it looks like it comes with a ti nail and everything is it all good stuff or should I budget for a nice dome and nail too?
For the cans (all sizes):

But yeah the SSV one will carry many pieces!
Yes no nailz in any DG not even the convertibles (slide and conversion kit but no nailz as retail of a Ti is "too much" of a lose for the shop!!! ;-)Just wanted to update you, the 18" from NVS did not come with a nail, but did come with large dome.
any idea of the size for the tube bag? There is not any dimension info listed.
they were made to order, i think its prob boro...if not im pretty sure they can handle quartz. blowers use quartz all the time (for accents on the outside) but this being a flat colorless boring disc in a tube, i dont know if lungs are even necessary (if you put the disc in last)Careful, if they are quartz, I dont think it will work. I was explaining the Fritter to the lhs manager, and he mentioned that quartz is very bad for you to blow with, he said if a blower gets it into lungs, he is done blowing. I feel that's why it looks like DG makes his own out of Boro. Like I said, this came from my LHS manager, so I don't know how true it is. Something to look into though.
did you get that from nvs? also aqualabs have an adapter for $20, and its real beefy.
