One moment....*takes Daisy rip*...yep, SMOOTH! And TASTY! Ive tried hooking her up to water, it works, but I feel it takes away from Daisy's flavour and experience.
Power...people talk of Daisy's whistle, I find that happens with a fast draw...but breath slower, and she roars! How I use the torch now it does not even go inside the tube, but INSTANTLY get what feels and tastes and looks like 3 solo level4 rips at once!.....answer,
Battery power just can't match

Daisy attracts flies for sure.......Man i had to keep swatting them away from my mouthpiece yesterday afternoon.gonna have to get a vapecase and do cutouts I think.
The square shape of the daisy should suit the little square pullout foam lined cases, help to isolate smell and most of all keep those damned flies away
humongous flavoursome hits almost melt my face off at times.get one of these for youre vapouts over the holidays.Daisy creates lasting memories ime.

I never got one either. I ended up emailing Tommy (triihousecompany@gmail.com)and he took care of everything.Did you guys get a confirmation email? How long did it take for you to get your hands on this beast?

Its definitely portable but of course there are many different interpretations as to what portable really means. Not something you can easily put into your pocket (although Ive found that when broken down into several pieces, it can be stowed away in my coat pockets), but can be put
into a book bag without any problems. All you need is a torch lighter and you can take it and use it anywhere; which for what its worth, fulfills my definition of portable.

Hmm. where to start?!
OK, I noticed these things in the Vaporstore a while ago and was intrigued. What kept me from early adopting was the notion that it'd be in some way similar to the Vaporgenie.
It isn't. It's so totally different than any of the other torch driven vaporiaors that I have at my disposal that I really can't compre it with any of them. So I'll stick to general descriptions. If you want specific comparisons, let me know and I can try to make them.
To begin with, it's big. I'd describe it as a small book end that you have to put to your mouth so there's zero stealth value in it. It's a great choice for people who have manhands or sausage fingers. Holding it takes up your whole hand. It might be a challenge for somebody with petite phylanges, but would also be good for someone with arthritic hands as well.
The blocks are big and the magnets are arranged so that you can only put it together correctly. A huge plus as the evening progresses.
Ergonomically, it's well designed. As mentioned, the size may be a little off-putting to some people. You can easily see the end of the intake stem and your torch flame...which is important. You can also keep an eye on you vapor production as it fills the turkey neck. The mouth piece funtions well and the carburator is located in a good spot.
The bowl is immense which is a mixed blessing.It makes it way easy to be a glutton with your bud, but at the same time allows you to load up and be good for the session. I really like it because it's big enough to load or stir without spilling anything. The big blocks just make it easier to do too...it's less challenging in low light or with out reading glasses. Being high volume would make it totally acceptable for group sessions as well.
All said, it's a very high quality product on par with any of them. It's obvous that the R&D department put their time into the Daisy. It works very well, is simple, and it's beautiful to look at and handle. The walnut is nicely grained and finely finished. This is a tool like the heirloom hand lathe that was given to you that had been your grandfather's.
Now to the important stuff, the vapor.
My expectations were that there would be heavy cloud cover, but with some thunder in the lungs.
The reality was totally different, but not a disappointment.
Getting it just right means immense clouds that are remarkably smooth and flavorful. There is little harshness...probably no more so than my Lotus. And the flavor is full, but fresh and fills the entire mouth, not just the tongue. This is gulping vapor, not sipping it.
The effects are powerful and immediate. I have a fairly strong tolerance and I was shocked at how pinched my head felt after only two hits. It completely depletes the dilithium crystals into dust in just a couple of hits. Very efficient use of your time.
Obviously there are some downsides to all of these awesome new superpowers. Huffing massive quantities of herb probably isn't so good on your inventory not to mention what it must do to tolerance levels. So I'm thinking that I might try to excercise some self control in it's use. I might also add that the Daisy might not be the right fit for some one with a low tolerance.....though there's nothing saying that you couldn't learn to dial the Daisy back either.

I guess the best way to compare them would be to describe the Daisy as a dry bong...which it sorta is. The Lotus is more joint like as in puff and inhale. The Lotus on a J-hook is somewhere in between. I always clear my J hook as I finish the draw, this rushes both vapor and breathable air into the lungs and I think this is why it works better than the aluminum stem.
The Vapman is so flea-like compared to the Daisy that they might as well not even be related. The type of heat and the volume differences between them are totally different.
I'm not harhing on the Vapman because there are things that it does well that the Daisy will never be good at. This includes the ability to vaporise concentrates, or the ability to take discrete hits that don't make big, pungent vapor clouds.
All three are made with superlative quality and offer their own form of intrinsic value..at least to me. To the unfamiliar, they may all seem a little pricey, but in the hand and to the eye the value becomes apparent. All of my vaporizor purchases have exceeded my expectations in their own way. Also, It's hard to find things that don't bear the label "Hecho En China" these days, so make yourself happy and get one.

@basement farmer would it make sense to have both, the lotus and the daisy or aren't they that much different from each other? i'd use lotus with glass, in case i get one.

I think there would be nothing wrong with having the Lotus and glass as your only vape. Even though I haven't used it in this manner, lot's of people do and seem very happy. Especially is the thought of water cooling your vapor is something you want, it makes more sense to go with L&G.
In fact, glass was on my radar, but I think the Daisy is a little easier to be discrete with since it can't spill and you can lay it on it's side. It does whistle when used so it isn't silent, but neither is a water tool.
How the vapor compares to something run through water? Sorry, I really can't answer that question. I will say that it's way smoother than I really would've expected it should be and the vapor seems plenty cool by the time it his your lungs. It only takes a couple of lung fulls to be fully satisfied anyway, so personally I don't feel enough discomfort that I need to use something else to get around 'dry' vapor.

I get good results with the same amount of herb (around .08-.10) i use in the lotus or Vapman. As long as i cover the screen in the Daisy it works great. It's just too easy to use .50 and get blitzed a whole lot faster with the Daisy ... so It can be conservative If You can control yourself when loading a bowl.

My analytical mind tells me that there is only so much goodness that can be extracted from a given unit of plant matter. All the variables of heat temps, air flow, etc. is what sets the difference between pieces.
IMO, the Lotus makes excellent clouds....but you've got to work up to it and you have more numerous, but less intense clouds....I'm not talking about a water tool mounted Lotus either so your results will probably be totally different. The Daisy is like a three hit ABV making device with no warm up involved.
To me it's like using a hammer. You can use a lighter hammer which you have to swing more often to drive a nail, or you can use a heavier one and get it over sooner. The net effect and inputs are the same, yet different.
The Lotus is definately easier on the herb, because you have to slow down to consume it.

I think Rude Boy's comments are spot on. The Daisy doesn't stone people, people stone people.
With a little self control you could live vape of one with the Daisy.

I feel a purchase coming on. I love visual feedback. I'm a heavy hitter. My 62-year-old lungs have been referred to as "Hoover." I love beautiful wood puzzles. My current collection is MFLB, Lotus, DBV, Firefly, Pax. I miss my recently sold Vapman, but she wouldn't leave without it. Do I want a Daisy?
