Dabbing on quartz without a torch or e-nail

Is there any way to dab on quartz without using an e-nail or torch?

Are there any portable or electric devices that have an isolated heating element in which the oil/wax never comes in contact with metal or any material other than quartz?

I see Source Vapes has a quartz insert for some of their atomizers. It looks like it would work but does anyone have any experience with them? Or any other suggestions?

I personally recommend the quarta 510 motar giraffe attachment ,you can see i posted the model in the longmada thread. It can run Temperature control based on resistance.
If you are in need of a stealth go with the Saionara.

I just had a motar (giraffe) in my letterbox. Not sure I paid for it. The heating bowl and air path is all quartz glass.
I have no battery to test it atm but it looks decent for a very affordable price.

You just have to drill a 1/4" hole through the front and insert a silicone hose.

In all seriousness though ... I tried the Source Products and was seriously disapointed ... I quite like my Sai TAF Quartz bucket though ... When I had it on the Pico 75 w/ Arctic Fox it was ok ... but since I got it configured right on the Paranormal DNA250C device, it's absolutely great!

I would try to heat a banger on or in the wood stove. Old school.

The most obvious is SOLAR DABS !!!

Take a magnifying glass and heat your dab to evaporation with the sun. don't forget the, it looks cooler. (No honestly, put sunglasses it is very powerful light that can damage your eyes)
Depending your glasses you can try with these too. Or a filled water glass lens etc.

It tastes absolutely delicious!!!

Personally, I say go straight for the Jinn. If you can get hold of a "Yellow Pages" you should be able to look one up in your local area.

I'd go with the solar powered dab rig. Just probably works better with a banger with low walls.
Seriously try it out. We did that a while ago with normal pipes (spoons) and it tastes fantastic.

Lots of people love it, lots of people hate it. I tried it twice and it just didn't produce. It's also one of the most frequently listed vapes for sale on Reddit Entexchange so perhaps have a look there if you want to save a few bucks.

You have a lot of options! I have several that fit that bill. From the best to worst ...sort of. I would stay at the top of this list...anything at the bottom has been replaced by all of the devices at the top for me.

If you want it today the Peak and Switch are the top dogs for big purchases, and the Top airflow Sai from HVT is a great investment if you want to spend much less.

And flashing the firmware on your mod is NOT necessary to get good performance from any of the 510 devices above like the Sai and the Source, BUT it is also 2 clicks easy and helps performance and usability. There is no computer knowledge or skill required. The Divine Tribe Thread will tell you everything on that. Joyetech devices are the best bang for your buck. I am getting Cuboid Mini mods for under $20.

Yup, Now that everyone has actually innovated, the bigger companies are copying the smaller ones, and doing a decent job. Here are the big money versions of the Divine Tribe QQ, and many others listed above Some nice vape pens, but I don't like the gimmicky bullshit batteries they come with that make them overpriced in the first place. Sell me your Atomizer with 510 threading for a DECENT price and let me purchase my MUCH BETTER 80w Joyetech mod flashed to Arctic fox for excellent TC for under $20 and I would be trying them all...But for these prices I'll stick with HVT and DT. Shit, may as well grab a Puffco Peak if these prices are ok with you. That thing kicks my ass.

Hey, been looking at this lately, (replacement atomizer only) I think your post is the only mention of it on the forum!

I'm trying to find some info on the atomizer, cup and heating coil:

1. Is the quartz cup flat on the bottom and clear quartz? (kinda looks opaque at the bottom)
2. Does it have a bare coil "embedded" directly under the quartz like the Longmada Motar?
3. What is the diameter of the atomizer at it's base?

Plus general feedback on it.

I've been looking for a quartz bucket 510 atomizer for an on-the-go portable, I really like the Motar so I'm looking for something to replicate it's performance in a compact size.

I'm also looking at the SAI TAF but I'd prefer a direct embedded coil like the Motar, that has to be a far more efficient design than the SAI buckets (that sit in ceramic donut/skillet coils) with those the mod would have to work harder and longer for the heat transfer, plus they're more delicate and burn out quicker.

After using my Dabpress 10 Ton for a bit I have noticed that the best way to use my concentrates is in my "Solo" vape mixed with flower. It has been by far the best experience in regards to flavor, medication etc that I have found. I have used most "wax vapes" and honestly they taste pretty nasty fairly quick..Mods, pens, coils, quartz etc... it doesn't matter. The flavor of the mix in the Solo is quite fantastic. Man, I love the Solo vape. Hard to beat it for functionality or price. I am also loving that DB 10 Ton as well... to me seems like the best press for the price at the moment... or definitely one of the top.

It's definitely not cheap ($100 off frequently), but I also don't think it's just a heat gun in a stand. Perhaps i'm wrong, but I would think that it gets the banger hotter quicker. Keeping my eye on it anyway, perfectly happy with my Blazer Big Shot, but always like seeing new innovations like this that apply to my daily needs.

I don't know ... I don't see what else it would be ... I browsed through the site and couldn't find any details at all on the technology used, and I'm not sure what else electric would heat a quartz bucket without contact ... (and a heat gun could definitely achieve this ... seems like a heat gun in a fancy enclosure ... which means it would be more aptly priced in the $100-$150 range or so ... since heat guns alone go for ~$30 or so. (I could definitely be wrong though )
