Thanks for the name suggestion!
I'm not sure what you mean when you ask if the nail/dropdown will be removable.
The base piece will be 8 inches across and 5 inches tall at it's highest points which are the inlet and mouthpiece joints. It won't be the smallest piece for travel, but should pack well when disassembled.
At this point only three pieces are planned to be included: the base, the neck tube, and the mouthpiece/whip end. While a drop down will not be included, the inlet joint will be high enough to accommodate a drop down if you'd like to use one.
This piece was designed to be as modular and versatile as possible. The mouthpiece can be positioned in multiple ways or used as a whip, and hydratubes can also be used. The inlet joint will be tall enough to use a drop down, and deep enough to use with the Sublimator. The base should be wide and heavy enough to provide stability for any additional percolation or vaporization equipment you choose to attach.

I wanted to respond to your post from the "cheap high quality bubbler" thread here so information stays where it belongs.
Thanks for the name suggestion! (It was "fc-dual18dp" for anyone who didn't see it.)
Steven will be starting the prototype for this when the Twist prototype is complete, which should be any day now. That doesn't mean that it will be available soon- the production process seems to take quite a bit of time.
