:rockon: Loving my Nu-SonG's as well! They're really such a handy adapter.

Sadly, due to the silicone casting process, I cannot make angled adapters (I've been waiting for this request and tried to research it :lol: ) However, I continue to watch the market for high temperature food-safe materials which can be 3D printed. At that time, you can bet your ass I'll be getting into more than angled adapters! :evil:

In other news, my revised Pax2 Waterpipe adapter is done and I'm casting the first couple for my beta testers to confirm it works perfectly.

Off topic but-- I'm looking at a similar piece from Oregonglass blower.
The standard whip joint he makes is 9.5 mm for standard whip tubing. The SSV tubing is bigger diameter.
What size is your piece, 9.5 mm or ??
I had found two sizes he makes but cannot find the list. Looking on his site today I just see the 9.5.
I was thinking SSV tubing like you, as more vapor flow with it.

Just email him (his name is Mike). He will make you anything you want, even if it's not on his store (at least he did last year when I was ordering custom male to female adapters at different odd angles).

I had figured that this was something that had already crossed your mind ;) Once you are able to get ahold of the required materials sign me up for a few!

I washed them several times in a vinegar solution and have let them air dry. Some still have a slight smell, but it's much better than it was, and I'm letting them air out which should also help.

Yesterday I got my package from delta 3d studios. I order a haze stand which works out amazing. And I also picked up a hammer stand for my friend but unfortunately his hammer broke a few days ago. Hopefully it all gets sorted out and he has a hammer for thw stand. Other wise im stuck with two stands and 1 hammer, which means ill need another hammer to fill the gaps haha.

Thanks for the 420 discount @Ratchett I really love the work u do. This is quite a unique niche u bring to the community. And with how quick u can add new accessories to new vapes im sure companies r catch wind of this.. wish ya best as u continue printing

And im excited for the haze can holder that will be a nice touch for travels.

In other news, I wanted to officially announce that my Haze Can Cases are now ready to order!
Currently offering a 5-can case and an 8-can case

These cases are printed using a new material called PET, it's much more flexible and durable than my other materials (ABS and PLA plastic).

I am currently offering two versions for the Haze vaporizer, but these can be easily modified to hold accessories for any vaporizer. Feel free to contact me if you want a custom version for your vape accessories!


In other news, work continues with my chemist. We are reviewing every aspect of my silicone casting process from mixing the silicone to part removal and curing. Some experiments are going better than others, but I'm working hard to increase the quality of my silicone adapters!

will more holes/cutouts in the design end up costing more? like does that cause a longer initial programming time software wise? when ive worked with CNC shops the longer it took to create the file, the more expensive it was up front. obviously after the file is created there were no "program" charges after that, but im curious if it is similar with this stuff.

i imagine it has to be.

I charge depending on the complexity of the changes to a design. Typically I charge less if it's something I could end up listing on my store and selling to someone else. If it's a one-off item for just you, I tend to charge a bit more. In all honesty, a majority of my 3D models are made in programming code and 'compiled'.

Really it comes down to modifying a few parameters for the dimensions, the number of compartments inside, and any extra code to split or merge cells. Time-wise, It took me less than 30 minutes to modify my Haze 5-can case design, to work as an 8-can case.

You don't even want to know what are my professional hourly rates for 3D modeling and scanning :lol:

Like I said, shoot me your needs/specs and I'll quote you a price depending on the complexity of the project

right on. im still working on the specs. it needs 3 holes for buttons, 1 hole for the display, a hole for the micro usb, and holes for venting.

then it needs a door for battery swappage. of which will need holes for magnets to be glued into.

Im no engineer so im hoping my specs/file will be sufficient.

also, this is a one off at first. if it works out well i may start offering them with the chip installed... as a fully functional temp limiting mod.

About to order the stand and small case on your website but as I live in Canada I was wondering if any of your previous customers have been hit with customs charges at the border? Not that concerned about having to pay but a pain none the less? Thanks in advance.

Welcome to the forum! I have shipped around the world a number of times. Typically I try to use the shipping software on my store since it's easier, though I don't always use it for international shipments. PM me your order number and I'll see what I can do

I swear, if it weren't for good file organization and notes on every 3D invention I'm working on, I'd be completely lost!

Right now I'm working on at least 7 new inventions in various stages of development (some just started, some are about to be published). Probably more, but that's off the top of my head :lol:


Just a few announcements

Finally on sale - Pax2 Vaporizer Waterpipe Adapter

After weeks of development this adapter is finally done, simply remove mouthpiece from vape, insert adapter and set to party mode! This adapter is designed to work with both 14mm and 18mm female bubblers.





Also, by popular demand, I am now offering
Pax1 Vaporizer Caps

These caps will slide tightly over the Pax vaporizer to protect both ends and eliminate any odors from the vaporizer while off.

In other news, work continues with my chemist friend. Still studying and experimenting with different chemicals and mixing ratios. Really looking forward to the day I don't have a single failed cast due to bubbles!

We did discovered a food dehydrator works GREAT to cook these silicone adapters. From now on, every silicone product I sell will be cooked in the dehydrator for 24+ hours to speed up the curing process and eliminate the vinegar smell! Up next I'll be modifying the dehydrator to hold some of my bigger silicone parts!

So my buddy is big into 3D printing and is trying to start up his own thing atm, think he plans on printing parts to make other printers and a bunch of other stuff, not too sure. But he happened to be visiting my buddy the same time I was and I showed him the NU-adapter and Haze can case and he geeked out a little (half bc he did not expect me to have a 3D printed anything)

You should have seen some of the product testing I've done with those stands! :lol:

I've literally taken every one of my vaporizer stands and thrown it on my concrete floor as hard as I can. Aside from the occasional crack, there was no critical damage to the stands. Did I mention my stands bounce? Yeah don't try this indoors kids, especially near a basement window :rolleyes: :D

(Of course I don't encourage anyone to start attempting to slam dunk their stands, but they should survive the occasional tumble quite nicely!)
