If so, it should. The stock stem has an ID of 8mm as well.Should be 8mm I believe as it is originally designed as a stem replacement for the Dynavap.

As a few orders are already on their way, I'll mention here the minor flaws that users will be encountering. Can we see the screens? They look interesting
What kind of battery life do you get on average?
What should I use to upload some photos? I’ve saved some photos of some bowls I’ve cleared.
Welcome to FC! I think I saw him sharing your posts on IG it is great to see these more completed and in the wild finally... Anyway you have to upload to an external site like imgur or imgbb then paste the link or BB code here for photos (was hex a typo?)
Entheos Hex is the company name and then ConVex is what we call this model.
Here we go! And I thought the unit was the Entheos Hex but maybe it’s ConVex? I’m honestly unsure and still a little high haha.
I'd say the coughs are not coming from hot temps but from terpene denseness. The essence of the flower sometimes lingers in the nostrils.i do not know how i missed out on this one. looks like a 510 battery. i need to read this forum from the beginning of thread. forgive my ignorance. a quick summary would be helpful.
my concern is i don't like how chokey those hits are. i think it might need a cooling adapter like the rocket stem? or something. what are the controls and software like.
do you mean use it with a 2-3 sec heat up time?It uses the stock firmware that YiHi provides and you can treat usage like the old grasshopper.
I just set the auto resistance once, temp once, and watts once and haven’t changed anything but temp since.Do you include recommended mod "settings?"
(in past, threads about vapes based on mods get derailed with: "cold" resistance measuring, adjusting this and that, in sub menu this and that, etc. rinse and repeat)
I like your comment, " you can treat usage like the old grasshopper," would you please elaborate? salamat
edit: received text from DHL, delivery expected this Tuesday, 5/14. If I get stumped yet again by a mod-based vape, I'll just send it along to Vito. Suppose our fearless and selfless mods can move this thread out from unreleased now?

i suppose you did a slow long draw. What temp?Oh yeah it definitely heats up in 2-3 seconds. I’ve found myself holding down the heat for 2 seconds and then slowly pulling to see how much I can pull. Then a big pull once I feel vapor but still a slow pull.
Did you try harder pulls? How does it handle when you not actively try to keep the draw slow?I just set the auto resistance once, temp once, and watts once and haven’t changed anything but temp since.

I’ve been keeping it around 225 since I like to RTL. Pic on Imgur!i suppose you did a slow long draw. What temp?
I’ve definitely pulled harder once it’s up to temp and it just chucks clouds. I’ll add a video next time I rip it. And I’m used to the roffu, xmax, mighty style pulls. When I pull harder or stronger I get a few scooby snacks but I think I need to change my grind for the dosing capsules. I got a new 15mm screen for the bowl for when just herb and I’ll try that out as well!Did you try harder pulls? How does it handle when you not actively try to keep the draw slow?
I usually don't turn mine off, you can leave it on and lock the device by clicking fire three times.I got too Confident at 210 C ... and we all know what "C" comes next
Oh well, get to take it apart to clean, a teachable moment
Think I'll put big elastic band around it, because the battery door opens to easily
Couldn't figure out how to turn it off. Haven't dealt with a mod-based interface in a while. Five clicks brings up a menu, and my old eyes and brain didn't bother reading tiny font of screen. Removed battery to turn it off
Sent email to support, they answered quickly and explained how to turn it off. 5 clicks for menu, then right button to get to sub-menu, then select tiny power symbol and press fire button to "lock." And you thought the Solo3 required too many child proofing clicks to turn on -- the ConVex doesn't want your inner child to turn it off. "Sorry, Dave, I can't let you do that"
I'm unsure of the incoming airpath, and the seeming lack of isolation from increasingly warm "electronics." Can't see an obvious air inlet. I must be blind, perhaps it's well hidden, or, air just comes in from battery door gaps?
