I'm wondering if there are any high quality custom made tools out there for handling super sticky concentrates? Most everything I see is a rebranded clay carving or dental tool. Those are all well and good, but I'd like something made with better materials... Something like what that Skillet Tools company makes but, which uses a titanium shaft with ceramic tips for example. I've looked, but the closest I can find to anything like that were ceramic tipped tweezers. Any suggestions would be great.

Have you tried glass dabbers? I got a couple of them when I bought a nail/dome kit from a glassblower. Glass RULES.

They are created by a glass blower from borosilicate. They aren't just "glass"... they are tough suckers.

I'd go with surgical stainless dental tools, then. Maybe not flashy, but you KNOW they are safe.

...and, I must have cursed myself, because I did, indeed, break one of my glass dabbers yesterday. :doh:

Yup, concrete floor and glass dabbers do not work well. Sometimes those durable ones are better :tup:

I have that same set and use them all the time when doing bho runs but I think I'm going to grab a couple of the nogoo tools pretty quick here.

If you're looking for nice grade 2 titanium dabbers too check out xcentrix dabbers on ebay. They are made in america and are dirt cheap ... I've got a few different styles and love em.

Edit: Here is one style I really like. The stand is awesome cause you can put handle side down and have the end that's sticky up in the air so you don't get junk on it

LMk what you think about the nogoo tool. I want one but it looks bulky/clumbsy. Also I heat my tools to get meds to drop off into my vape chamber. Won't be able to do that with nogoo but maybe I don't need to?

Ah sorry. I primarily use my Persei with the Hercules attachment. This requires me to transfer concentrate from its container to an oil coil which holds the medication until its vaporized. I need something that won't waste concentrate by sticking to the middle man so to speak.

Its not really that bulky or clumsy. Comparable in size to my cosmic whatever dabber i got from vitolo. The good thing about these is that they dont stick to the tool. So as long as you get the oil you want on there all you need to do is touch it to something it will stick to like the coil or rod in the hercules. No heat needed and no leftovers on the tool. If your not careful or delicate it will get on the sides and become quite messy.

Nice. Pity though that the spatulas and scrapers are only sold in sets.

This looks perfect except it looks like one end is just a handle instead of another tool tip. A bit pricey too, but as I have to pay for international shipping, the price is basically inconsequential.

would the "square bone folder" work for you? it is sold singly. not cheaply though:

here is the burnisher, it is composed of Teflon material, and is flexible, so Im pretty sure you could carve into any shape you like

I wonder if instead of the goo pen you could just cut out little pieces from a slick pad and epoxy them onto a stick or something....?
