Yes, true. Our next design will be more grown-up! We did not think about marihuana hating customs employees when we designed the box

One more suggestion - you might want to consider having the artists not use the devices prior to shipment as well. Customs heavily deploys drugs sniffing canines, who if they smell residue undetectable to the human nose, will prompt inspection. If they simply must use it prior to use, consider sealing it in airtight packaging.

I don’t know this for sure, but I doubt very much that they test them with weed or even CBD. Jaxel and Felix use a variety of non-cannabis related herbs in their videos.

you need to make at least 1 draw to make sure it´s wöööörking, after that it gets wiped with alcohol.

They seem to be well enough organized, but probably havent secured copyrights or patents, if that is even possible for such a thing.
And apparently over the years a few people have learned making vapbongs from them.

We know about these guys. They wanted to do a company with Donald some years before i contacted him. He taught them how to build the vaporizers. Obviously they tried to make the vaporizers on their own. We could crush them with a lawyer but we just don´t give a fuck. These guys are loosers, they are doing no business and they will never do, no idea why they still have the website. There is no shop, no pricing, no company, nothing, just some very, very old pictures. I mean you could contact them and try to order a unit from them.. i am really curious what you will receive

Thats a healthy attitude i think, let quality speak for itself.
look at their draw pipes - crooked like hell  this shows that they have no clue how to work with clay.

Most units don´t show a cable - maybe they got some clay painted, but i don´t think their units are wööööörking.

The picture below looks more like childporn than a serious vaporizer company :freak::rofl:

I've been wondering when the Chinese knockoffs were coming.
Much skill, technique, and time on task is needed to make a Vapbong!

This April my Vap will be one year old!
It's been my daily driver for the whole time except for a coil replacement
which went really quick!

yes the day will come when someone comes along with a serious copy of our vaporizers. we don´t fear that day because it means we have come really far  people can always decide if they want to have the original or the copy. we rely on that and we will do our best to improve our weaknesses.
because it is handmade it´s really hard to beat our pricing + quality + making much profit. so it´s not too interesting to copy... only if you hire enough underpaid chinese workers
we have already tried to 3d print the vaporizers with 3d printers that can print clay - there is still a long way of development to go, not an realistic option at the moment.

Check out this project :).From the looks some pretty complex shapes can be done. What is the main obstacle in 3d printing clay from your point of view ? Is it production speed?

I have the original Lil Noochie, was cleaning and found it boxed up recently for some nostalgia, I always wanted to try the pipe version, but it didn't last long before disappearing... Anyway I think one of the big problems with the 3D printed ceramic is the size, part of the problem with the original nooch and the pipe where the size limitations that affected the form factor... It is a pretty expensive process, though it is pretty cool and nicely made, considering!

main obstacle is, that it is hard to print certain shapes, the heater is too big for example, it would collapse during printing. you need a big heater in order to have performance. Felix could say a bit more about the obstacles because i don´t know the details during manufacturing.
return of invest isn´t too interesting and also too many small issues with these 3d devices. they have some nice looking shapes but a serious production is not possible, many detail´s don´t work.
and no love of course !!!

Man, I haven't used my VB in a while and forgot how hard and quickly it hits. The "it's wOOOOOOORking" moment happens!

My ONLY complaint is that cleaning it can tend to make it hold smells (vinegar or iso) for a while.
A few pages back someone suggested making a paste of baking soda and just a bit of water. I did this to clean my VB with an old toothbrush for the downstem and a bottle brush for the body. It worked well without the stank of the more common solvents you mentioned
