I use the carb hole when I take a few hits in series and with the last hit I lift the Bowl and put it aside.
The Germans are used to use the carb hole thats how I "learned" Bong smoking.

@Easywider – Once it's heat soaked, you can use it for microsessions just as well as with bigger amounts, it really shines with (almost) any type of load.

With how I set my voltage (11.5V at start, settles around 10.5V iirc after warm up) I extract fairly quickly with each hit and I pack a "disk" of flower roughly the same height as the flat edge of ceramic above the screen. I've tried dropping the voltage which gives better flavour but I prefer faster extraction especially with how wide open the VapBong is. I can use less flower per session with good results but I don't like to pack a lot or I get hot spots (at least at my current voltage). That's my current regime and it's working really well.

I think voltages vary per unit, however I start mine at ~12.3v and by the time its settled at 11.3v I found it to be a perfect middle-high temp which makes quick (or long) work of any size of herb.

I also believe that voltages vary per unit. I turn mine on high, 12.4, for 20-30 minutes to heat soak. Then I start using mine at 9.5 and temp step up until around 10.5-11

There was talk of a Black Friday sale that would include B-Stocks if you're looking for the most affordable option. They're worth every penny imo.

I wasn't talking about performance, just that vapbong had longer heat up time, less easy to clean, and a big bowl that suits more big sharing session.
They seem both on the top tier.

If you are in the US, the total price is going to be about 30% cheaper, because they will send you a new invoice afterwards without VAT (international taxes) a standard classic vapbong comes to about $350 shipped btw

Actually the rumored Black Friday sale is not going to include B stocks, and there is uncertainty whether there ever will be B stocks again... I think there will be in 2021, but we shall see!

I used to have the Herbo and loved it, however it is more suited towards smaller group sessions and doesn't quite have the thermal mass as the VB. The style and aesthetic is exceptional, clinical, and pleasant while the VB is more organic and entirely handmade. Personally I prefer the VB though the Herby is an excellent vape which can almost match the potential of the VB.

Time to take a rip through the VB right after I post this

Finally placed my order today. Someone snatched up the kaboom that was in my cart so settled on poppy fields. Still super stoked about it. Both remind me of classic jawbreakers. It was tough choosing between this and the one arm bandit but in the end figured id go classic...atleast first. You know how the VAS is. Prob been wanting to grab one of these for a year or so now just feels like an extra hard hit as I just found out my spot in the Nomad 2 batch has come up as well. Think I may have hit my vape budget for the rest of the year and black Friday hasnt even come yet. Hopefully for my sake there arent too roo many good deals or my gf is gonna shoot me. Do they all include the little funnel/ loader thingy?
