Piece itself looks good and it well made, no obvious defects. Without the nail it feels way too airy due to the size of the perc holes but once I took a dab it felt okay. Hits well, good flavour, piece rumbles a bit from the diffusion in the can. It'll be a good size for vaping, could maybe be a bit smaller for dabs but it handles fine. I'll try to get pics up later.

@Monsoon So it works like it should? maybe you own a vape with restriction solo /air style because my question would be if it still stacks high enough for that? thank you for sharing your experience

Just did a test with a Solo and an empty PVHESGong, draw is tight, it won't stack and you'll get no recycler action or vortex since no water is pulled up.

I'd be really grateful if you'd send them this video. They asked me for one when I asked for a refund on mine for the same reason, and I'm not really set up to shoot one. I told them I'd send them a bunch of pictures and describe the problem, and now I'll also mention that the function in your video is the same problem as what I'm having. Would you mind also posting the video here, so we can all see it? Thanks!

already got the d020, works nice but those eggs look cool, just dont know if a solo would work well with one.

I know right! The D020/D and GB-187 etc are fantastic and all but I wish we solo-ists could experience some of this fancy glass too haha.

Damn restriction. I don't mind it at all but you have to admit it limits our choices.


My next order's probably gonna be the FC-UFO... one cool piece that's come out recently that seems to suit the Solo. :D

I know this is a wide open question but my head feels as though its gonna explode im looking for a nice functioning piece to use with my many vapes..ive got some of the real version of the basic sidecar 187 and few others im looking for a nice recycler or vortex?/ What would the glass gods recommend for me?

Edit* nvm I had the numbers mixed up for the 707 and themini pillar.

The only difference between the 707 and the 1000 is the neck. You can probably still get it switched if you act fast.

I started looking at the videos and pics... it honestly only looks like the mouth piece is different, again unless that ad for the 707 is completely a copy/paste. Both have matrix percs, 8 pillars and female joints - plus both at 37cm height? I think I'm calming down.. lol. Please confirm.

Also I ordered last night and paid last night.. the other two I ordered only have "payment released" but the pillar is in 'process' but if it's just the mouth piece.. I really don't mind either.

My bad. I got the numbers mixed up with the 707 and mini pillar. Yes, the only difference is the neck. If you want to switch it, you probably can as long as he hasn't shipped yet. It's worth sending him a message. Worst case is he can't. But if you do it quickly, I don't doubt that you have a good shot at getting the 1000.

Got some good news and some bad news.

First the bad news.

The honeycomb to 4 hole donut/egg? Arrived broken. I could tell that the joint support was cold welded like the first batch of Kathy eggs. No way it was going to hold up in shipping. It was packaged really well though. The piece itself looks awesome and the glass is decently thick. The honeycomb is right about the intake hole so it shouldn't have much of that natural chug that honeycomb pieces do. The base isn't super wide but since the joint is so close to the piece I think it might? Work with an e-nail. Going to contact the seller for either a replacement (if the joint weld issue gets fixed) or a refund.

On a brighter note EVERYONE NEEDS TO GO BUY THIS DOUBLE TREE PERC PIECE FROM YINGMIN. GB-194. 18mm female joint. All slits fire evenly. Insanely smooth pull. The joint weld is wayyyyy thicker than when I bought this same piece a while ago (maybe 1 year ago). 8 arms on the bottom, 12 on the top. 2 slits per arm. 40 slits total. And the best part is, the arms are welded to the bottom and aren't left open like most of the time :D
