I'm not sure if it is good or not. It was actually the first time I have ever used a nail of any kind. Should the heat from the torch be applied to the side of the nail or the flat part (face?) It worked okay but I don't think I got it hot enough. It had not been seasoned either. After that I switched to a glass nail with dome. It actually worked very well. I was heavily medicated

Looks like the 188 which I like a lot, and adds the turbine which I was looking for when I got the 188 but it was only available as a female joint.
edit: got a shipping notice within an hour.
Got this today.
Here is a quick comparison with a d020 gb188 and the little inline rig I forget which model.
Happy that the can size is smaller than I expected. Slightly larger than the d020. It is less volume than the 188. Much easier to take dabs than the 188. From the pictures I was expecting the same diameter and taller, but it is about the same height and more narrow.
And this thing vortexes plenty for my liking. Even drawing through an infiniTi.

My phone must have picked it up really loud. It does sound like I was giving her all I had but I was just hitting it casually. (I admittedly have large lung capacity) And when you carb cap it there is too much restriction and the vortex stops and kind of percolates. I haven't played with water levels yet. Been using it about 4mm below the honeycomb.

It was marked Gr2 so idk... I dont know why they wouldnt use gr2 titanium. We used to use GR1 titanium for medical probes. Its not very expensive, a lathe and slave labor and BOOM! we got cheap nails. DNail came in today. If you smoke oil more than 2x a day you neeed this

My D020-T from sunshinestore arrived today, so 10days to deliver ordering on the 1st, not too bad! I can't try it with my LSV until tomorrow night however so I'll be back... It does looks to be in pretty perfect condition, though I guess smaller in person? Which is kinda good. I want to try it with my Solo as well but gongs have been sold out for ages...

I love my vortex from vxl. That vortex does look cool. I don't like the frit underneath it, though. I've heard they are harder to clean. A cheap vortex with something simple underneath it like a shower head would really tempt me.

This is a very quality piece I'm happy to see sunshine store with it finally I bought it from BTOC for $52.00 and he has since raised it to like $74 Sunshine is asking $48. I totally understand why, I feel as a member of FC I shouldve been posted a vid of this piece. It is definitely one you wont be able to describe what it is, but youre just gonna love it. It just hits so awseome

I originally wanted this piece over any others since January when I was making my first China glass purchase, and thought I had it from a seller on dhgate for $28 but he never shipped and had to dispute. Now its price is way too high for me, given that the 186 is much more intricate and was priced at $68 shipped. Maybe one day I will be able to get one!!

I should have had it two days ago but I was sleeping when the postman ringed the bell. Not too slow of a shipping ! I got two weak glass nails that I wont use and a dome with it. The glass work is really good at such a price and for the size it's pretty well made. It rips surprisingly smooth with my MV for a micro piece. The splash guard works if you don't put too much water.
I still wait for the three other pieces I ordered
