So D020 or D020-D? I know ataxian prefers his d020 but now I'm hearing about the -D. Hooking up to my Solo and I'm not sure which one to get (not both cuz I'm poor 
) Help me decide ah!!

honestly, I like the D020-D better, it has a bit more weight to it, larger base, and wider can, but is roughly the same height as the D020. I think it will pair just as well with the solo. Just my

Just get some thing for water.
I have a D020 and it works.
The D020-D I get at some point.
Right now all my stuff works.

Hey I just got my D020 in the mail (after the USPS lost it), the package after being lost looked like it'd been run over by a truck but I was pleasantly surprised that everything inside was intact. Good job sunshine store! Anyway even with getting lost it arrived in ~2-3 weeks, still pretty fast if you ask me, especially for the price.
The real reason for this post though is that I'm a newbie to the glass world and honestly don't know what all the attachments that come with the D020 do. I bought a 18mm gong to use with my e-nano and I assume I just plug that right in to the hole in the top but what about the ones that actually come with the bubbler? I think one is a nail for concentrates if I'm correct (this is very tiny and I cannot figure out how it would ever connect to the bubbler), one might be supposed to be a bowl for plant material, one seems to be an adapter with two ground glass openings on either side, and the final thing is a fishbowl shaped thing I don't know what use it'd be. Would just like to know what the intended use for these is and how I'd go about actually using them. I'm sure there's a thread about this already, I just couldn't find it.

Yes... the other parts are for smoking and dabbing (tho I'd be real careful using them if they are anything like mine!). The bowl for smoking should be pretty self explanatory. Picture of the dab rig is on here assembled (and on DHGate, I'm pretty sure). Put the male/male in top of D020, nail goes into that and should sit higher than lip of adapter. To use, you would heat the glass nail, then put the globe over it, then dab onto hot nail. The globe is just to keep the smoke from dab from going everywhere. It kind of channels it into the bubbler when drawing.
Put all of that away for now, though. Load your gong from EpicVape (nano), drop it in the top, put nano on top of that and enjoy! Use the silicone grip to pull the gong from bubbler and give it a good clear. You'll love it!!

Check the last 15-20 pages and you will see several options like @ataxian said get something, you will be happy with any choice. Will you stop buying them after one, though? NO!

Funny you metion the NANO!
I use the D022 with the NANO and it was a game changer for me.
Seriously I am very happy with my cheap glass.
It's making me re-think this whole vaporizing culture?
WATER PATH smooths the vapor and makes the vaporizer that much better.
PLUG-IN the NANO is so tiny and pairs with water. I use the SOLO the most because it's the best for me to go into the garden and VAKE!
I might just enjoy what I have for now and wait for ghgate to add some more sunshine!
I say that now however what will I say tomorrow?

Team NO SLEEP!
Nearly identical to Sheldon Black's Travel Bubbler, without the decals and with a wider base and different diffuser. They even put the nubs on the glass so the buyer can put on a rubber band. The joint between the can and the mouthpiece's base also are looking pretty anorexic by comparison.
I'd still get one if I had not just bought a Travel Bubbler on 4/20... one might think they have their eye on FC

I was never a big fan of the original D020 (even with Solo), but this bub is amazing.
Much more stable overall thanks to the added width and thickness of the can and base.
Also much lower likelihood of splashback when given a powerful clear.
Makes me laugh that the mouthpiece is clearly the same one from the original D020 minus reinforcement.
The thin glass of the mouthpiece looks a bit odd next to the thicker body and much thicker base.

So how does everyone clean their Chinese glass when they first get it, I am enjoying the value and function of these pieces but want to eliminate any of the downside from less than stellar production conditions and lack of QC. Hot soapy water good enough or do people have different rituals?

You can leave out the distilled water if you don't mind scaly glass (at least for those of us with hard water). But, I always do warm/hot water with dishsoap and alcohol on a new piece. IMO spotty production environments make this a necessity.

I use water pipe cleaner from the LHS shake style then warm soapy water wash after.

Especially coming from god-knows where! I wonder if we are being smart with this cheap glass from China...Can glass be toxic at all (the way we use it) if it is cheap glass?

Seems like kind've a paranoid way to look at it.
Just because the materials originate in China doesn't instantly make them low quality.
Raw Chinese borosilicate glass is just very low priced; in addition the labor and shipping are being done in-house, so no middle-man markups. You are paying for materials and labor, not a brand name.
Even Some "brand name" blowers use Chinex for their work; the ones that will admit to it praise it for being high quality at a fraction of the price.

I didn't clean my D and the first time out of it, my vapor tasted like fermented tofu.
Of course clean your new glass before use (no matter where it's from), but I think the risk of contaminant or toxic matter is low on our DHgate stuff. Heck it may be lower risk than the FC Classifieds.

Another happy customer here for the D020 from Sunshinestore. It came very quickly, took less than 10 days to northeastern US. I'm very satisfied with the quality of the piece. It's definitely worth more than $30. I'm really enjoying it as an oil rig. Here's a quick dab:

Oh and @Sinclue - I'm in the same situation with the Aaryan guy, though, just for a couple of the $5 pieces. I've received pretty much the exact response you did. I'm just waiting to see if he answers my request for a refund as he doesn't seem to be honoring single item sales, even though his site conveniently allows purchases for single items as you pointed out. If I don't hear back soon I'll go the Paypal route.
