Cheap High Quality Bubbler

I ordered in December. I know he's hit or miss but unless you want a second water device you might as well wait.

Also, could someone tell me if there is any use for the domes that come with most of the water devices.

... you could always rig up a 'hydra-stand' with an inverted male jointed bowl.. or use same idea to keep your ELB's in ??

... with the female jointed domes you could rig up something to hold GonG's / stems ??

I finally got myself an enail and without considering the effect it would have on the balance of my Hamm mini sputnik recycler put it on the drop down and "MAN DOWN!!!!", lost my daily driver. Anyone wanna suggest me an oil piece with a nice hefty base for use with an enail?

I'm considering the FC-710 but would like some options.

This is my current favourite, solid as a rock for e-nail:

That piece is awesome (and on my list) but there's two problems:

1. I already have a FTK as my "large" piece and a D-cycler so it's too similar to what I already have IMO.

2. I prefer a smaller piece as a daily driver with larger ones for proportionately larger dabs.
How stable does it need to be? Most of the smaller pieces due tend to fall over more easily but they usually need a helping hand or nudge.

After over 20 pieces ordered from China, the first I ordered, the FC-710, is still my go to daily driver and the one I use the most. It's best in flavour, efficiency, smoothness and ease of pull. Probably one of more recommended pieces for dabbing on here and the /r/chinaglass subreddit. I find it less tipsy than the original BatesxWorm piece and pretty stable overall, would probably only be an issue with a heavy nail and and extended dropdown. It even survived a 2 foot drop to the floor, the dropdown got the worse of the impact and broke but I was still surprised.

This one is great too and I reviewed it a few pages back, doesn't need much to tip over though so you need to be careful with it.

FC-710 it is. Seems like the most radically unique perc design for dabbing.

I have a few pieces in my cart but soooooo many accessories, 3 different quartz enail designs, drop downs, katana carb cap, kukri knife carb cap and yet it's still all cheaper than buying a single piece of American glass. Thanks to this thread and my Chinese buddies, I can have my glass and feed it tons of oil.

Got my FC-201 in the mail today.(Well technically I flagged it down at distribution to save time on missing it while I was at work!) Looks and functions pretty good, airflow nonrestrictive, and zero drag, all the slits fire even at the slightest pull.

Aside from some tiny bubbles where the female joint meets the can, everything is pretty flawless and working as intended. Don't see any reason to get it exchanged over some tiny bubbles.

Hoping to put it to good use after work!

a question for those in the glass knowledge know how zone. scenario- an older person that wants to experience water conditioned vapor through a water piece but does not have lung capacity to make some glass pieces work. does anyone know of such a piece at DHgate that will condition vapor and be easy to pull a vapor hit through ( an assisted diffusion like a vortex piece maybe??) . Also, I'm thinking maybe the rattle can with the little ball in there would not require much effort...
I use the do20-D and that thing needs "a power lung" and I even half lip the mouthpiece with my mouth to make more draw pressure during the inhale.

any help is appreciated and thank you very much!

I like that. I wish it was larger though.
My next piece is the ONLY TRUE RETI PERC I have seen on DHGATE! It's a must have for my collection.

My buddy just got this last night. It looks clean. I have so many matrix peices but I like this base.

I like the size of the FC-201. Almost like a beer can/bottle size. Perfect for picking up and holding. Will have to be careful in case it tips over but at $39 it won't be too painful if it breaks, the only painful process is the wait on shipping, using dhgate and the possibility of getting a really flawed piece, but at about 9 days from order to arrival, it ain't bad. It's smaller and more convenient to use with my UD than my 12" roortech beaker for sure.

CCG is making their leaking FTK right, it took photos and 2 videos (it is a hard leak to see) sent to them but they're replacing the piece. Even suggested I try to find a shop that might be able to fix the leak in this one when I offered to destroy it.

I have the Katana and kukhri dabbers on the way so I'll let you know how they are and post pics when they get here. I'll be using them with the dualiti knockoff.

Maybe use some kind of aquarium adhesive?

IME vortex pieces and the FC710 (with the little ball) require a pretty good draw to get started, though they aren't too bad once everything is going in the right direction. Could see this being a problem for your elderly friend.

You'll probably be best off with something that has very little diffusion and a bigger hole(s). So instead of a matrix style perc, or what is sometimes referred to as a "tire" perc on DHGate, something like the FC UFO that has wider slits, or something that is wide open. Wide open as in just a straight open tube into the can that would be submerged in a little water. I've seen a few of these posted here and there recently, but can't recall numbers.

Smaller volume is probably better, but more importantly (especially if the user doesn't mind taking two draws on the glass for one hit) is something that can "bubble" or filter, with very low water level. Generally, the more water you have to go through, the more draw it will take. Same for restricted or intricate diffusion.

What kind of vape will be on it? Restriction in its draw will have an impact, too.

Depending on what type of vape, a simple PNWT type bubbler might be best. They don't generally take too much of a draw to use, though they also don't offer too much cooling or moisture.

thanks for the reply. that is the conundrum, having enough water to condition the hit so his throat won't hurt while being easy enough to pull on. two pulls to get it going is probably the way for him to use a bubbler. right now a da vinci vape will be used on the bubbler but a diff vape later on, not sure yet. the da vinci has a minor restricted pull when the screen is clean but provides good vapor through conduction.
edit- I'm hoping the bubbler will give access to the sedative higher heat compounds too without the throat grasp

Hey - did we lose a whole page there? Maybe just me?

Any good/bad reports on seller glassartist? Thanks @Stevenski for your positive post about him that seems to have disappeared.

Their glass looks a little thicker and better quality than most DHGate stuff, and have seen others comment the same. Hoping a few people can confirm. Can't stop thinking about a piece I saw - even if I will have to remove the label. ;)

I'm going to stick with my suggestion for the UFO. It gives a pretty wide open draw because of big slits on simple perc. Removable mouthpiece could be a problem because it does come out - tho usually not a good idea to handle anything (especially Chinese glass) by the MP anyway. But, is nice that you can turn it any direction you want. Also, nice to use with a hose instead of MP. Just sit back and groove for the most part. Makes me feel like a tired old man every time I use it. :)

A similar and wide open draw can be had from the original UFO (sort of) from jhanpixel. It's a little pricier because blown in US, but is a nice piece I've enjoyed for years. Runs $150, but offer less ($135 should be accepted) here on iOffer.

It's probably just you. You probably got too high and imagined that someone posted a labeled counterfeit piece, right? Yeah, you were probably just too damn high. :mental:

Seriously though, some content was removed in the posts, so the thread didn't make sense anymore, which led me to just delete a bunch of posts.

I do think you were high, though.

How's it going everybody. This is my first post ever but not my first time on the site. Been here many times checking out discussions just never actually posted. Anyway I need your help. I just purchased my Grizzly Guru vaporizer and the 14 millimeter water tool which is a lot like the Pinnacle Pro water tool so I'm looking for a portable but yet strong and sturdy piece to carry around with it. Been hearing a lot about dhgate lately and a lot of pieces on there that get my attention. What would you recommend for a portable vaporizer piece? Here's some links to better understand the setup I'm looking for. Thanks

High? Me? On FC? Guess it happens sometimes, but usually more like stoned! :ko:

Thanks for keeping us in line, Stu. Know it is a hard line to keep up with sometimes. I wish they'd just leave the labels off anyway.
