My only complaint was Steve sent me the wrong piece. I agreed to the negotiations in which he quickly presented once he realized I had a problem. I was still mad but, that's neither here, nor there. The piece i received was a extremely high quality. Also the Straight Egg I received a week later was hands down one of the best pieces I've ever seen from China. I don't care what I
paid for that Straight Egg, It's worth at least $600!! And I don't sale my glass nor would I!

We come together to share the best places to shop for prices and quality and the best CUSTOMER SERVICE!! You are beginning to get a bad reputation for Quality Control and Customer Service. People are getting wrong pieces, broken pieces, pieces with uneven bases, cooked percs, and hairline cracks in glass. Although you offer to refund percentages or give discounts on future purchases, to many people this is unacceptable! When people pay for something they expect get what they pay for! If you send people wrong pieces or defective pieces, just send them a new piece or give them their money back! An angry upset customer will spend hours online and telling friends how they got a bad deal from you. Their has been a lot of complaining customers about you in the last couple of weeks. Mike from SunshineStore sends new pieces if it's not right, no questions asked. I'm just telling you this because you have been working with us And trying to help us, so I'm trying to help you!

Yes,you are right,I met a problem that broken percentage is high,we are try to want to solve this problem.I am a bigger factory,before I shop produtcs by containers,at the end of last years,I just start my online business,we are lack experience of shipping and service for one or two piece orders,I get many useful advices from Andrew,hope can get some form you too.
But I almost can sure that my glass is the best in dhgate,thick glass,good making,bes service(I can sure all piece are not broken,but I can promise that for all problem piece,I can replacement or disocunts,I don't let my customer loss a cent)
Sometimes I want make severial colors,but for FC order,genneral is small,genneral 50 pcs/batch,also FC friends like clear,so I always produce clear.
