Hey guys,

Just wanted to provide on update on the 10arm tree perc bubbler from Kathy. After some back and forth I finally got her to fix this listing, so those two baseless ones are gone, and theres a new version of the one with the base.

Now you just choose between female and male joints (type a or type b), which is probably how every dhgate bubbler should be...

Anyway I went ahead and ordered the female one for my tree perc bubbler. Looks like a pretty nice little guy. I'll report back when it arrives

All of that looks like different pictures of the same stuff. The only difference I see is a Ti or Quartz "nail", (Or both in a blue box), Different color keck clips, and with mouthpiece straw or not.

Yeah, I was thinking the same-- which is why I'm a bit stuck. I'm personally a glass man, but I'm not sure how a TI straw would do; either way, any particular combo you or anyone else here at FC sees as the best purchase?

received my bubbler from ecigcenter. no flower bowl but all good other than that. hopefully my CCG and yingmin order arrive today, they both left san fran yesterday

With the combustion bowl on it and a steady pull, some water makes it up to the top chamber, but not with a restrictive solo. I was warned about this beforehand. I still like it but am planning on trading it once I receive my 187 n 186.

Nice pick up man? I am trying to find a recycler from the Chinese that vortexes. I know they have been getting better with their designs lately.

Now this is exactly the same as Kathy's ratchet recycler right? Does it actually vortex?

that one looks like the honeycomb perc to me. the one i got from kathy doesnt have nearly as many holes, it has more like slits around the outer edge of the can if i recall correctly

I have this one too, it doesn't vortex. It's because the tube comes in straight on instead of at an angle I think.

I've got the Gb-236 from Kathy and it is vortex very good , you have to fill water till the mid , less i think and it works with my solo like a champ!!

Yup I picked up this piece and its has the best vortex I've seen in the few recyclers I've picked up.

That picture is from Stevemins. I would not order from him personally because there are more reliable sellers. Also he tried to tell me in questions I asked about the lid that it is sandblasted. It's clearly white and so I sent a pic to him of rig with the sandblasted lid from another vendor. So part of his reply is "no cheating on this friend" insisting the two lids were the same but were clearly different. No thanks, I'll order it elsewhere.


Check this vendor out he has been easy to work with and got a discount for getting two. About the logos with shatter, wax, and honeycomb. They are on this rig as well.

Not that I'd dream of endorsing CCG (shipped me a broken piece, shipped replacement, broken again etc...) but that looks pretty sandblasted to me, not white. Also the mouthpiece of the CCG version looks way better (and longer) than the other design.

Looks sandblasted to me as well, you can see the green down stem through it... I wish that one had the logo etc blasted on the side... I like the straw length

Based on this post, I decided to try an order for glass with dhgate. I ordered on November 4th. I was excited to see it shipped with a tracking number the same day. It made it as far as the sort center at Hangzhou where it has been since Nov 6th. Three days ago, I contacted the vendors (sunshinestore) and ask. They said to just wait. This morning, my order was marked "shipped". When I went back to tracking it shows it still being held in the sort center in Hangzhou. I also checked the tracking number in USPS, which also showed it still being in the sort center in Hangzhou. I chatted with dhgate, who said I needed to ask the vender. I sent a message to the vender, but haven't heard back.

Not the biggest deal in the world, only $20 bucks, but it is very disappointing.

Any one else have something like this happen? Wondering if I should start a dispute? Or just chalk it up to lessons learned about dealing with Chinese venders?

Hey Scooby, it may not be in your case, but Ive had packages arrive whos' tracking still shows them overseas. The tracking is very rarely updated on timr.

I have ordered many times (5+ times) from sunshinestore with all very good experiences and fast shipping - they are one of the very few vendors I trust.

I ordered 3 glass pieces on October 22nd from 3 different vendors. Two of the items have long since arrived. My piece from SunShineStore has not arrived. Last update I have according to USPS.com tracking is "Processed Through Sort Facility" in Hangzhou. I have contacted SSS several times to ask WTF??

His response is exactly the same - blah blah, just wait.

I know there was some chinese holiday in late october for the APEC summit and there's currently a labor union "strike" in California (well it's not a strike, but it's a union sponsored "labor shortage" - they're slowing down processing at the ports). I don't know if either of these is the cause, but it seems a few of us are stuck in the same boat (maybe literally!)

Please keep us posted, this is the first time I've ever experienced this - I never had a piece "lost" from DHgate yet, so I don't think that's the case. But it's very strange that all updates have ceased since October 31st on my order!

The shitty part for me is that this was a birthday gift for a good friend, and his birthday is long since passed
