Looks like we may be getting the old run around :( I hope this isn't true but I guess if he hasn't finsihed the batch by the end of the week I will be asking for a refund for the original product and for the replacement too.

Let me know what ends up happening on your end if you are asking for a refund now. I would probably be asking for a refund right now too if I was told the new batch was to be finished on oct 20th...

Seriously wtf. This seller definitely seems more sketch now. You are exactly right. Why would he keep selling these bad pieces to others if he is making a whole new batch?

Got my d020 today. Coincidentally voting day for legalizing in Alaska.

#1 I am very impressed. My girlfriend wasn't initially real happy that I made the purchase, but after 2 hits she really got the picture.

I am having a great time with the new addition, and Alaska has passed to legalize in the state. Good turn of events tonight!

Hahahha oh man, everytime stevenlmz79 sends something his rep gets worse on here.
So, I was ready to dispute, sent him one last message - he responds saying that he is he "Real" Steven, the owner, and that others were just employees. That hes gonna send me a dubachino for free with the other pieces when they are made. Lordy lord. Maybe in time for Christmas? Well, As I have said about 5 times now, I hope he comes through and redeems his rep for us. It seems silly for him to keep sending bad peices if we can still just dispute. Meanwhile super happy with my 186.

Haha yeah I called it a while back as well. Always thought it was a stupid design. A dropdown would probably help but his nose would probably still hit the drop down if it's hitting the dome. Forget using a domeless that close to your face.

Yeah that's pretty shady. I haven't ordered from him yet and I think I'm going to stay away. That's two now that I haven't personally used but are on my "shitlist". CCG being included.

How come your gf wasn't happy? Not trying to be nosey but damn the D020 is only $30! Hahaha.. My ex was ecstatic when I bought a Volcano and an inline bong for the first time.

this is my story about getting a barrel to funnel from steven:

7 days after my order placement(as was the time limit for the item to be dispatched according to dhgate), i got the first tracking number which was fake.. this was replaced 3 days later by a real tracking number from a courier company(!).. so despite the 3 day delay, it actually came 1 week sooner comparing to other pieces i have got from dhgate

so.. the recycler arrived, broken, in a box inside a second box, without pieces of broken glass inside the box! :rolleyes:

after this i contacted the live-chat-customer-service, asking about refund, and was told to open a dhgate dispute

i opened a "refund & dispute", with options: full refund, not returning items, no replacing of items.. and i picked the reason from a drop down menu...

the dispute ended 2 minutes later, by seller agreeing to my "dispute proposal"..

Hey all i just wanted to report that i had purchased this Tag piece from this seller for $22 about 3-4weeks ago - http://www.dhgate.com/product/glass...pes/203831381.html#myaccount_favorites-1-null , since than it looks like the price has went up. I got it yesterday , it was packaged very well and arrived in perfect condition , it's small but hit's like 1 of the big guys. This was my 1st purchase using dhgate so i didnt want to spend big , so this was more of a test for me. I am very pleased with what i received. I am not 100% sure on how to fill it properly but i guess what i did worked well.

Now the waiting games starts but I feel confident that broken pieces and other problems that may arise will be handled in good way by him.

Me and 2 other users on here have been trying to sort something like this out with yingmin5 for I swear almost a month now, he's surprisingly very unresponsive to customers wanting to buy like 400 dollars worth of his glass.

Also, update with the steven situation.. Now i'm EVEN MORE CONFUSED.
He tells me he's going to be sending me a fake tracking ID but then the tracking ID he sends me appears to be legit and works when I use http://www.cnexps.com/english

So I don't understand anymore?.. I assume my replacement is being shipped now but then why is everyone else saying there's are fake?

I doubt this is the case for you guys but a couple times my tracking number was different on the email Dhgate sends you from what the website says. The tracking number on the website was the correct one in my case.

Does anyone have a list of the usual stops/timing for shipments into the US, possibly including stops within the US if there are any before they reach different sections of the country? The routes on the tracking from each seller using the same shipping company should be pretty similar.

It would help determine a closer ETA, as well as determine if a tracking number is for a bogus package going somewhere else.

She had never used a bong before and didn't have any real expectations for it (though she loves our f- bomb). I believe her perspective changed quite quickly.

Just got my igloo rig from Alina. Wanna shout out @blankrider for recommending it for the e-nano. Definitely has great flavour. First time a chinese piece has been bigger than I was expecting, usually they're smaller than I imagine. Can't wait to get my Joda Glassworks order in as this will be a lot easier to use with a carbed gong. Currently using a stock 18mm gong and a 14mm to 18mm adapter from Kathy (2 pack for 7ish dollars). A tad awkward but it gets the job done. Looks like it has gone down in price since I ordered, it was 20% off and now is 30% off.
