For those of us who don't like spending $100 on a Pelican, my friends and I make most of our custom cases from Harbor Freight. These go on sale often and can be had for around $20. Glue a large block of foam to the bottom of the case, completely filling the case, then remove foam as needed to accommodate your individual pieces:

That's the exact case I've got. Works awesome and like snackmaster said it's super cheap.
Just to set the record straight, I love the D020!

My D020-D is in Jamaica, NY now, so just a day or two more, I guess. I've owned high end glass before, all long gone broken in the trash, the D020 is well worth the price and my main piece, I'll see if the D supplants it, I suspect it may, I too would like more volume in da can. Whoever loses goes to the dish cabinet, top shelf up high in the corner, hoping to be loved again someday. I'm resisting adding the W until I see the next round of pretty, shiny things.
What's up with the YQ42's double mouth piece? It's like the alien's mouth in Alien, it scares me.
The perc action is really nice though, reminds me of when I used to blow air into my milk through a straw when I was a kid. This is just vapor crazy talk now. Good night.

can anyone confirm if the YQ42 works directly with the evo?YQ42 in action
I'm sure that if the bong fell on the joint it would crack, but most pieces are that way. It feel a sturdy and this thing has a nice wide base and most of the weight down low so it's a really stable piece.
And yea I'm not a fan of how the mouthpiece looks at all! Thought it was just a goof on the picture, but honestly this tube is too large a bore to have the mouth opening that size so functionally it's growing on me.

When you buy glass look for a minuim wall thickness of 5mm
Most of the items are 2.0 to 3.5.
Knowing my history I would break them when I took them out of the box.
Their inexpensive however for a reason!

Good tip, thanks. I am new to glass, so was just looking for something dirt cheap to use with my Evo so I don't have to put my Swagger glass in baked friend's hands. If they break the $15 shipped piece I bought, I could just sweep up the shards and move on without any issue.
