I just shot them an email through their contact us on the site pleading for an update either on the site or here and to stop leaving FC members (customers) that have paid in the dark about status considering a week has passed their announced shipping date.
It isn't fair, and I hate to speculate (and shouldn't have to). At the same time, I (as a paying customer) deserve to be kept atop of delays.
I'd hate to cancel my order or put a claim into my visa for non delivery or communication but I AM watching the dateline to do so. Be a shame to cause such grief on all those involved only because of the lack of lip service being provided.
I agree, the lack of updates is a bit of pain.
I think that we have been spoiled in the past...but I also think that communication coming from TET is also breaking down and becoming almost non existent.
It was only the other week that Noah and the other TET guy's were really active on here...in the dedicated Cera thread, they were putting up videos left right and centre, answering questions etc etc....this week has been completely the opposite...very quiet.
Now I realise and understand that things from Noah may be very quiet on here this week, he's the boss and has had his new product scheduled for release this week....but where is Carlo or Carlos...aka "The Jackal" (joke) or whatever his name is, that Dreamerr mentioned, I too vaguely remember the introduction of a p.a/forum guy and him coming in saying he would be here to answer any of our questions etc.
Now I, the same as probably all here appreciate that anything can happen on the launch of a new product but what we all seem be getting peeved at....is the lack of updates coming from TET recently, as said above if they came on and said...we are delayed because of XYZ, then that's cool...."when will XYZ be sorted ?"...etc.
Now I ain't slate'ing TET as obviously I got a little cash tied up awaiting one of their products, but I sure ain't impressed with the lack of comm's recently...considering how well they were interacting previously....jeez, these guy's have even been on the ball with me by p.m/e-mail....but no situation/shipping updates for the masses on here....come on TET, people are starting to get peeved.
