I have never complained about anything. I have merely pointed out how your complaints are baseless.
If you can't handle it then you shouldn't have preordered in the first place. I have no problem with people complaining at all actually, like you said it is your money, I do have problems with people bashing a company over and over though while they are too busy to defend themselves. Especially when they have been a very stand-up company with their previous line.
What I have done to help TET is order their previous products, and will order again as soon as they start shipping more. You aren't doing anything good for TET by giving them money and then talking crap behind their backs, possibly causing them to loose future customers. All this for no other reason other than you are impatient and want everything when you want it, seems pretty childish to me.
I prefer to be the odd man out when it means I am a happy person and not bitter.
And on that note I will leave this thread and let the bitter ones continue to be bitter(not that everyone here is).
Just throwing this out there, I ordered on dec 1. I have not once thought of canceling. It ships when it ships. I knew when i ordered it was a pre-order and if it shows up in late febuary then it does. Its not only me, i mentioned to a buddys dad who had just bought a trippy stick that i had a cera on pre-order, he groaned. Not because he knows anything about TET, but because he knows about pre-orders go.
I like to buy toys, they dont all show up the next day. Honestly i havn't listened to a single word TET has said about shipping because i don't care. A history of pre-orders have taught me its shipped when you get a tracking number, and anything before that is just wasting time worrying about nothing.

Last time I checked this was the "Cera, the wait and jibberish thread." What guff has he been giving, other than stating his opinion. There are also people posting in this thread that have stated that they canceled their pre-order, yet they still come here to complain about a product they no longer have a pre-order for, should they be told not to post any more? Of course not, more power to them if they want to express their opinions.
I am really surprised at some of the accusations concerning TET, like how they took pre-orders just to finance projects because they are running out of cash. What evidence is there of this in order to base such a serious accusation against TET? None that I have seen.
They where showing a prototype period. No wool was pulled over any bodies head, that is why the videos are mostly uncut. Just because the "safety switch" worked like an on off switch in the prototype in the video and even I liked that in true safety, TET has to answer to their lawyers, it was not.
While I like beating my head against a wall as much as the next guy I admit I have a head ache and time to go medicate, might even have some sex with the wife. Keep having fun here.

To the Kid...I think that most folks have a simillar attitude to Dan, above...but what people are getting fed up with is the false truths, missed projected shipping dates and the changes made to the product...we were all led to believe that what you seen in the pictures is exactly what you were going to receive...now as has been said, the product will in the end hopefully be as the picture portrays but who really knows when things are getting chopped about as much as it has been.
@ VAPORIZER22, it was me that mentioned the financing bit....don't you think it awfully strange that TET was fairly confident in originally saying that they will have these out before Christmas, as I'm sure that they did in fact say something along those lines when in fact it now looks as though they were nowhere near to starting the build on the 10th of December.
I think that they were just trying to grab as much of the Christmas gift/personal treat cash as possible so that people would not buy any of the other vapes on offer, there by locking in the cash and commitment to buy their product as opposed to releasing their product sometime around now, when it's hopefully actually ready to be sold and now all the Christmas cash has been well and truly spent...and that they actually knew that they may have financial difficulty's in raising the cash for this expensive tooling that they needed for the body's or whatever, so what better way to raise some interest free cash than have a pre-order for a product that is no where near being ready.
@ GR, I can't remember ever seeing any info coming from TET stating that this was a prototype.
To me, it doesn't make sense to go through the time and expense of putting up a web-site containing pictures and specs of a prototype product that you know you haven't tested properly and more than likely will be changed in the near future before you sell a single one...now that's just crazy.
Not really sure why it is anyones concern what TET does with the money? As long as they deliver what you paid for at the end of the day, then there is no issue.
You will find the wait less frustrating if you spend less time in this thread stressing yourselves out. Enjoy what you have now, and when Cera shows up, it will be like Christmas all over again.

For the youngins' that means when we had cassette tapes there was a commercial with Ella Fitzgerald singing and the slogan is is it live or memorex..brand of tape. The glass broke with the high note.
pre-order a car really...that is big bucks if they take your money in advance. Guess some are millionaires and not a big deal.

The plot thickens....3 different posters all with differing info coming from TET, this evening alone...are the people running and employed by this company all relatives of Crusty the Clown...

Fair enough, I don't remember anybody from TET actually saying it, however OF referred to his and others as Prototypes. The definition of prototype kind of specifies something pre production and since they where taking pre orders and had not produced any for sale then....
Sadly for me the wife wouldn't give me any, I blame you all, lol. Good news is no more headache, she went to the store, wow I crack myself up.
I think that we are both correct to a certain extent here.
I would just throw her out and get a younger model then......only joking, if my Mrs sees this I'll be the one getting thrown out...

Im already a pretty upset that i wont have my cera for my birthday feb 4th. this being said, getting a shipping notice on my birthday would certainly be memorable. Lets hope this isnt another letdown.
is it possible that a company could ruin Christmas, New years, and your birthday? time will tell.
