Maybe it was Project CBD that contacted PayPal, claiming that OL was selling illegal substances. I consider this a possibility only because apparently Project CBD was offended that Omega Labs found their membership style fee objectionable. Additionally, it may be that the spark that started the firestorm originated from an FC member here on this thread who wrote to Project CBD bringing into question OL's legitimacy. I personally would not want to be anywhere near the middle of this shootout because it could get very ugly. Omega Labs needs to conduct themselves with utmost professionalism from here on out, particularly in their manner of correspondence.

Somebody definetley ratted Chris out, causing PayPal to suspend his merchant account. I am not saying it's anyone on this forum, but there sure seems to be plenty of disbelievers that would rather keep the crappy sticks and stems around. I've found a few other hemp Cbd products that are grown in the USA as well (not giving names so nobody rats them out as well). It could very well also be a competitor who doesn't like OL taking customers away. Just seems like there are a few haters on this site, and that's when OL starting having issues.

I thought back about Omega Labs blocked account story and it's very suscipicious because their products are legal in the US and/or not regulated in the world (maybe I'm wrong)
And we know that Paypal often takes sides for money/lobbys and will block some "non-desired" account.
So, I think OL will be back shortly (some updated products appeared recently )

Ah this is fucked! I got my first order in before this happened but woke up this morning to an email from OL saying they have no more paypal right now.

Like I told OL though, they should dispute with paypal, they aren't doing anything illegal in actual fact so surely they should restore it?

It is absolute bullshit to shut down the website of someone who supplies a non-psychoactive product with no known level of toxicity for medical reasons.

I'm sorry, but who is using non psychoactive CBD based concentrates for recreational purposes? In the whole fucking world?

Ughhhh this is infuriating. I hope this gets taken care of soon and hope that OL can be back up and running doing what they do best.

For those who have said their shipping hasn't updated, remember that USPS first class international often doesn't update any of the tracking information until the package has been received by you. First class international (which is anything but first class) does not provide tracking except on packages sent to Canada.

EDIT: I just realized it was Thanksgiving the day after I placed the order (last Thursday) which means we should expect the tracking to update tomorrow or something perhaps

I am not sure about first class inside the US, which may be a different story.

Also @landrace it is a shame your scrutiny spooked OL (however if you approached me and I were in the same game, telling me you are testing my product to make sure it is what I say at the same time as someone has my paypal shut down would freak me the fuck out too! Bad timing I would say! This is a huge shame especially because your questions about industrial hemp are answered in my email that I posted a while before your post.

I would suggest that Chris from Omega Labs have his attorney handle the PayPal dispute, for various reasons, and for any other disputes that have arisen during this debacle which may have resulted in harm to the business. But please leave we FC members OUT OF IT!

In my world, in the world that many of us must reside in, snitching on someone like that is abhorrent.
And, yes, I fully believe Paypal would suspend the account, they don't even allow glass sales if they're aware of it.

I will continue to support OL no matter how I have to pay.

I hope OL starts accepting Bitcoin, easy anonymous payments with no chargebacks or bullshit from PayPal. I have never been a fan of PayPal because they have fucked me on numerous occasions in the past as a seller but its the most wideley accepted online payment method unfortunately and many of us have no choice.

Omega Labs contacted me to let me know that by his reference to fuckcombustion.com, what he meant was that when he contacted Paypal, Paypal told him that the complainant filled in the reply email field with 'fuckcombustion.com', saying he was using paypal to sell prescription drugs.

Hopefully things will be cleared up for him soon. I really can't see why someone would want to fuck things up for someone sending such a benign medicine to people and their ill clients, most of whom surely suffer from a variety of chronic illnesses.

Because they are selling inferior oil and gauging the fuck out of sick people, and they want to keep that money train rolling. I am yet to find a single example of legal cbd oil that is even marginally effective when compared to Omega. Thats why someone would report them. Who is going to buy your snake oil china garbage when you can get REAL medicine for a fraction of the price?

@pakalolo can you or one of the other mods comment on that? Is that even true? I really think everyone wants to know what is going on since everyone in this thread has had glowing reviews of omega...until recently with some shady stuff happening. Judging by the mod edit on this page it seems like FC has no issues with omega labs, so I wonder what is going on here.

I know they have made a positive difference in my life, and I hope they can help others as well.

I've passed on details for approval to get OL onto FC and I have got to say that in my experience so far, his service has been exceptional and beyond reproach.

If the products are as my friend @canj00digit? describes, I am in for a treat! Especially given my new d-nail should arrive in time for the dabbing!

My mom was feeling some severe back pain today. She followed my suggestion to try the Dark Side Drops.
She did 3 drops and there was a huge improvement! She said it really knocked the pain down. Didn't really eliminate it, but she definately felt better. She had not yet vaped at all this morning before the Dark Side.

People that register and want to post commercially must go through an approval process. If they bypass this requirement they're labeled with 'unapproved commercial account' and their account is locked until it's approved. If we didn't use this process the forum would be flooded with spam.
