Good afternoon,
I got shipping confirmation that my Carta is on the way, is there an FAQ or some videos that show how to use it and maybe some tips? I see people going back and forth on temp setting and which bucket to use.

I would recommend using the Level 2 Ti Bucket if you're a beginner.

I would think that the quartz would be better for a beginner because it heats up slower so it won't get as hot. A more desireable hit for a beginner. Or maybe the ti bucket on level 1?

I didn't make any of these application, but can help as much as I can! Unfortunately, I think my Carta is messed up because I'm still getting poor vapor with 3 different v2 Atomizers. Mostly bubbling.

Worked like a charm. And my Carta performance just went next level. As suspected, I have a very tasty live res that needed just a bit more than the 630* level 2...so, first app test run I went for 644* @ 35 sec. I let it go about 5 sec past green light and wowza! Tasting profiles that this amazing live res has never produced before (in my peak, Sai, triton,molecule, enail). Gonna be a great 420!

I’m glad to hear it man! Enjoy that 420! I’m thankful I still have a good v1 Unit that I’ll be able to use!

What level would you recommend with the quartz? Does it matter what consistency the concentrate is?( live res, sauce, diamonds, rosin, etc.)

Well done sir! You just put the cherry on top of many of our 420s. I've been loving the last few hits of rosin in quartz at around 590. Was underwhelmed to find my dab counter at only 185 :\

Love hearing all the experiences with the carta, can’t wait for my replacement unit to get here! Anyone have any good cleaning tutorials?? I feel after I tried swabbing is when my unit when downhill. Thanks

Well, thanks to this app, I am now using a spreadsheet for my dabs. Hitting the strike zone for any particularly desired taste/vapor experience from a large selection of concentrates seems real with this setup and some proper trial and error documentation.

Give me until tuesday/Wednesday on the android we are working as fast as we can to get that resolved!

Glad most people are enjoying the unit! The atomizer subscriptions are live on the site as well! Iv dropped the pricing as best as I can on them for the subscription service. I'm sure there will be a few upset wholesale but the pricing plan is strictly setup to keep you guys dabbing fresh and clean at the lowest price possible at the moment anyways

Randall, I cant get the subscription order to finalize on website. Won’t give me shipping or payment options...anyone else in the same boat?

so i have used this site for som time to gather info for when all my various units had issues. just got this new carta rig and loved it. for the first day any way, i have been running into some issues , atomizer and charging. let me figure this out and ill follow with some pictures to see if any off yall have these issues and/or possible fixes.

i don't know if this will work but i added to links. one is of the box with 4 green lights on. it is currently charging the manual says the lights should turn off.

Bro take time on app I love my carta it's the shit. I use the carta an my Evo for dabbing.

What is the atomizer subscription do does it give us 1 atomizer a month for 20$ a month for 6 months?

Edit nvm thats exactly what it is which isnt too bad any idea on if the atomizer rebuilding kits are coming out any time soon?

Really? Need a new atomizer every month? Subscription monthly plan? If I knew that I never would have considered one. Mine died within a week so I guess this is kind of normal?

Tried to access the app using the info in the Reddit link above but my phone is too old. Guess I just need to buy a $1000 phone to be able to change the temp on my Carta.

Will the iOS app only be available for 10.0 or later because that's going to largely dictate whether my Carta hits the classifieds tomorrow.

I've had mine for about 5 days. Love it! Only real complaint at this point is the lack of a tether.
Got the app to work on an old Android 8 phone. Newer phones couldn't find the device.
focus says they are on it, it works well without the app, so I'll be patient.
Whenever I begin feeling less patient, I just use it and my patients returns.
