The 15% off I cant do much about. retailers are notorious for the discounts. I can say that if the price is being advertised lower then the retail price (like with no coupon needed) then that would be an issue for us.
We are adding the extra atomizer to each order. the beta customers and pre order customers will be getting there shirts sent separately once we confirm everyone's sizes

If you took advantage of the glass pre-order, you're still coming out ahead. Prices on glass came up significantly for launch.
edit: I just got the shipping notification for my Carta! Woot! Doesn't have the replacement glass on the invoice so I guess that will be shipping separately.

Can you overwrite the fixed temp settings through the app?
You can not overwrite the body temps but if you set your preferred temps on the app it will start at that same temp every time you use the app.

Yes. Provided them with order number for both pieces and they said they will start the replacement process.

Still can’t get the app to work...
can confirm that the v2 quartz on level 2 with some tasty lilac diesel live res is out of this world delicious.
It does seem that the deep/narrow cup is going to require a specific carb cap airflow to work to perfection, but that previously mentioned dab is better than anything I have experienced from the peak in the last 13 months.

I wonder if we drop a 3mm dab pearl in there will improve airflow on the narrow cup? Or even a directional carb cap?

We’ve tried an assortment of peak bubble caps... none of them seem to have the correct depth to be perfect. The stock Carta is actually pretty good, but I think perfection will be achievable.

I've tried one or two 3mm pearls and they didn't help at all. We really need a directional carb cap

Tried both. Can’t get the iOS to install. Can’t get the android to connect to carta
If so, this is becoming a monster. 
The app is still fully in beta mode. There will naturally be quarks to work out before the main release. I hesitated even releasing the app to the full public to avoid any issues with certain phones not working at the moment etc.. but I figured it best to get all the issues figured out now with everyone before the main release. I know there are a good amount of people on IG that have reported successful connections so I am sure it is working for the most part as of now.

I still didn't get anything on my replacement unit so I'm guessing that should be Monday?
But all I know is I was basically late on the V2 atomizer shipping and now the V2 unit.
And I was one of the earlier buyers, I've unfortunately since all this ordered new glass and have a E-Nail coming so I may be thinking hard for that refund I really enjoyed my time with the V1 pre-sale unit buts it looking like my E-Nail is going to arrive before I even get any parts of the V2 whether it's the atomizer or the actual Carta.
This waiting has made me spend more money than I intended just to be able to get use from my material around here.

fwiw my order hasn't shipped yet, just fulfilled. Seems like everything will be going out starting Monday. Focus V has been pretty good about fulfilling orders now that they actually have their inventory. Only a few more days until it's in your hands. You could cancel, but if the Carta takes off, I think you'll regret it.
