Nope. That's an huge amount for the FP. Currrent recommendation is .05-.10, and that's a couch-lock, knockout amount. Like taking a J straight to yo face! You can probably jam .5 in if you want, but its going to completely block the airflow.

Nope. Its going to be quite some time. We have sent RFQ's for 100 piece initial orders to both Bradley Miller(US), and china factory and received no quotes from each. If anyone is waiting on the glass to purchase the Flowerpot, please know that its going to be some time. To get this bowl to NewVape quality standards, its going to take some serious R&D. The glass bowl is not currently being sourced.

We definitely need this forum's help. As stated we've gotten no response from both US and offshore suppliers. Our specifications are a challenge as we need tolerances to be met very closely, a challenge for lampworked borosilicate. Even the raw tubes from makers like Schott, Simex and Corning don't have 100% consistent OD's. We have assured potential blowers that we can adjust the dimensions of the mating part to fit what is possible on a production run. Consistency is what we need, and with glass...that's damn hard.

If anyone knows of a glass blower that might be interested please forward this link to them! The proposed drawing is completely open to modifications to make more workable. We can send them the coil nut for reference.

Our main criteria is to:

1) Final product must prove to hold the showerhead safely when being used on a 45deg beaker rig while doing a dab with the showercap.
2) Retain a 3/4" ti screen, healthstone, quartz frit, etc any thing else that will fit inside a 3/4" x 1/2" bowl.
3) 18mm male
4) Very flat top
5) The 1/2" top section of the outside dia of the bowl must be held consistent for production. (this is the area the 20mm coil nut interfaces with)
6) Sturdy, sensible handle.

No offense, but .1 will not provide much effect for me (much less couch-lock)

So, if there is anyway to make the bowl capable of vaporizing up to .5 properly then that would be just an added bonus for the others out there who don't consume as much as me.

Great to find out the ShowerHead is back in stock. Is there any possible accessory that could be created to keep the ShowerHead always carb capped?

For those who use mainly or only flower I'm sure the carb cap is an annoying accessory to place on and off for each inhalation. Obviously it should be capable of removing for if double deckers are ever desired, but id really like to see something that prevents me from having to use the carb cap so often if that makes sense?

I was going to say "lightweight"! But 0.5g has the pendulum swinging the other way a touch too extreme IMO, so a halfway point of about .2-.3g would be the sweet spot.

From what I know about your preferences bro, you won't be using the cap for flowers anyway and I know you don't conduction dab, so you probably don't even really need the cap

One thing to keep in mind here with using glass.....you will not have the ability to have as big of a load area because you need to make the glass much thicker than what you can do with metal. I never used the stock panhead Ti bowl enough to see what the load capacity could be.

How big are full loads in the stock Ti bowls (20mm sizes)


Also, I never even use the carb cover for flower....not at all needed as I think most all find.

@MileHighHuman I am not sure what vapes you have used, is the FlowerPot on the list?
I thought VapCaps were efficient and then I purchased the FlowerPot. The NewVape scoop that comes with the bundle holds 0.05g. While I have only had the FP for about three weeks I've not loaded more than this as my goal has been complete extraction and consistent ABV color. I want all the goodness I can get! Certainly I've loaded 0.05g successively in the same session and may go above 0.1g just to check it out... who knows perhaps it will be another FP revelation for me at 0.1g and above.. dunno. My educated guess will be the larger bowl will take more work to extract..

Yea..I don't think he has used the flowerpot yet......when he does....he will know that 0.1g in one vape does not at all = what you can get out of another. So until we know what vapes he has used, not sure to what extent milehighhuman has experienced this principle yet.

He currently uses the GS but has also owned the Herbalizer, Sublimator, EVO, and a few others. I don't think .1g will satisfy him regardless of vape

Then that would make sense for his T level and uses. I would say even if you have to reload to get a full session in...managing that load and refilling are so quick and easy. I actually like the ability to monitor the load close up and quick stir it between draws. That is what I really enjoy using this vape, total control fast and easy from start to finish no matter your use case scenario.

The bonus's are you get full clean extraction to such a high level.

The cap does help to get denser vapor earlier, especially at lower temps, but it’s not really a requirement for flower. Since I don’t always use it, I don’t find it annoying to deal with.

In case you do like having it capped all the time though, you can just leave the Ti Shower Cap on as long as you don’t turn it too far over. The cap goes down a little over the edge of the Showerhead, so it should stay in place when tilted at *least* up to 45 degrees and probably beyond.

I never worry about it falling off while I’m using it, even with a dabber screwed into it. Other people have left it on long term with no dabber/handle screwed in and I don’t think anyone reported problems using it that way.

However, after doing that for a while, I think most people who tried it went back to either completely open or just capping for part of the draw when only using flower, so I wouldn’t assume you’ll want it capped before trying it. If I could only use it one way, I think I’d choose open.

If you need .5 grams, per hit, maybe concentrates would help you more? .5g per hit seems crazy(imo) but I don't know your situation!

I feel like the increased mass of the shovelhead (I can't speak for the panhead) makes me use temps about 10degrees higher than I would with the stubby bowl though, just my observations after a few days.

You're right! I was using my stubby because it was 14mm so I could use an adapter, but yeah the OG bowls are smaller. How does the stubby compare in size to the current shovel/pan?

Get one of the cheap 14mm glass bowls some of us are using. They work pretty good.

i would have great interest in a smaller bowl preferable less wide which would mean it has to be tapered in some way.
A bowl with a bit more restricted airflow would also be interesting.
I would try the glas option but i am very ok with TI

These cheap glass bowls are fine for now. No need to wait for the others. Get one while you wait. It's worth it.

And these glass bowls have a nice bowl size a lot of you seem to want. (smaller than the Ti)

Yea....I like the glass bowl variants we are using....they are smaller than the stock Ti bowls.. (newer panhaead/shovelhead). I can put in as little or up to about 0.125 very comfortably to use as needed.

I would write them a mail, they seem to work on their website - searching for Flowerpot got me different items during the last minutes and i don t think they got the new bowls / heads but no Posts...

They have no wrap arounds either.

How does the stubby compare in size to the current shovel/pan?

I could probably fit .3 in a stubby if I really wanted. New one seems to be like .2 or so which is consistent with my female bowl that has the screen groove.

I think these lil glass bowls are getting me to use less too. A couple quick rips at 777 get me pretty medicated.

I mainly use the Ti bowl when I just wanna do 3 hits in a row. That bowl is the easiest to empty.

No one is at work today (GO EAGLES), I wish I could just setup the FP here at my desk . All this talk is getting me rabid.
