I'm asking for some Community Support, can we all email them and tell them their international shipping prices are a little outrageous.
There's already a few people here who didn't order because of it, and I'm trying to order just a stand and a handle and it's $65 to Canada that's nuts.
Everyone get those fingers going and send them a nice friendly email saying they should lower their international shipping costs please let's see if that works!

For what it's worth I ended up getting an adjustment for shipping to come down to $39. If shipping to Australia is $20 Canada should not be $39 but I guess I wanted it. I ended up getting a full quartz kit and a showerhead cap to screw on need be. With shipping if I get hit with duty that's almost 600CAD.

I think bombarding a company with Emails is the wrong way to go about it man. They are not a huge operation and don't have a large staff. It would most likely hold orders up and add more time to there work day if we all emailed them bc you and a few international customers are upset about the shipping rate. You got your point across via email. They have made it a point that they tried in the past and even reached out to distributors across seas to stock product and made it happen with vapefiend. Maybe you should stock some product in Canada and reach out to them to be a distributor so you can help everyone in Canada and even make a few $ at the same time. Remember they are a mom and pop shop. Bottom line the thread is about the Flower Pot and not Shipping so lets try and keep it on topic or you can ask the mods to make a separate thread for your shipping issues. Really not trying to be a Di** but I like to come here and read about the the Fp and stuff like this really derails the thread.I hear you I just asked them a few times nicely why they're shipping is so expensive and if they could reduce it , they were little snarky with me and I found out in this thread they've been giving reductions to other people.
They need to be a little more consistent.
I'm actually doing it for their good there's a bunch of people in here who didn't buy because of it and I'm reducing my buying because of it. And so I (we) can order stuff in the future without these high shipping costs.

i understand about the shipping i really do, i was in shock at the high price to ship to some places also.. but as far as i am aware, newvape has stated this is what the carrier is charging them. i went to USPS site and did an "shipping estimate". i encourage anyone else questioning shipping to do the same, if you can get it cheaper, send newvape an email letting them know.

i can honestly say, i wouldnt. whats the point of being in business if im not making any money at it.
sure, he's not losing all his profit by eating shpping im sure, but the point still stands, people dont go into business to take a loss, they go in to make a profit.
