My method was to choose a draw strength and stick to it, then keep taking the temp down 5 to 10 degrees at a time, and see where the vapour isnt as satisfying or as plentiful, whatever floats ya boat. Then ya maximising flavour and vapour production (IMHO). I also went the other way to see what higher temps i could tolerate for those bigger one hitters/double deckers.
EDIT: With the showerhead and a very full bowl of flower, and a long slow draw, I could get very nice results even down at 580. 560 was my minimum workable temp, but thats mainly reserved for when I'm having a bad lungs day.

On the subject of screens, has anyone tried a glass screen? Its probably not as good for filtration as a finer mesh screen but for taste, I'd think it's better?

You wouldn't be grinding anything up with these, they're more for supporting intact nugs. Plus you'd be changing your water more frequently and having to clean that glass even sooner. No thanks!
They're around and sold still. I think I still might have a few buried someplace. They are pretty delicate and let a surprising bit of flower bits through them too.

Errlectrics screens were spotless when I had received mine. However for good measure I always just do an iso clean and then a heat bake off. Then it's game on brother.
I just ordered one, trust me you'll not need the brush for their Ti screens. I'm getting it for use with my grinders and such.

I've been using the less expensive "Beamer Smoke" brand Titanium screens that can be found on amazon.com. You can get 50 screens, 3/4" diameter, for around $20 shipped. I've been completely happy with them so far.
Even though the "Beamer" screens have been great so far... those Errlectric screens look like they'd definitely stop particles from getting through the screen better!
I am waiting for a 3/4" diameter glass or quartz perforated plate to become available from someone. I really don't care much for metal screens in general... but the Ti screens are definitely a step up from brass and SS.

I just prefer the USA grade2 melt Ti over cheaper and most likly a tainted Ti. Besides supporting the cramitzon monopoly is no bueno in my book. But to each his own. Wouldn't use it on other metalls than ti. Thought to use it for cleaning the ti dish - and the ti screens!?

It'll be okay most likely.
I already tried another little random wire brush I had. No problems what so ever and it was a different metal than the surface I was using it on. It is just an old junk one though.I'll be paying close attention once my Ti brush arrives. If I notice anything like metal shavings or what not I'll then not use it. Thanks @Hogni

...wholly shit guys... i just discovered something new that outshines my flowerpot wraparound for dry herbs...... my new showerhead!!!!!
...wholly fuck, i never thought it would be that much of an improvement! seriously... i screwed it on my coil, it got to temp, it was at temp for less than 5 min (usually wait at least 15 min) and i got the craziest hit ever... darker avb than use too....

SH is fucking AMAZING! I am hear to tell you it is OK to be a fanboy or fangirl when it comes to the FPSH.
With products as good as @NewVape710 makes its easy to be a fanboy/fangirl The showerhead is just the cats meow

That’s exactly what I thought the first time I tried the sh. It is just on a whole other level. I thought there wasn’t a better vape than the ogfp but the sh just rips!!
The party bowl has not been released but the new style handle bowl with a groove for the screens are available.
.Hello FlowerPot Family! I've missed you all and to be honest even more so my NV FP.
I was out in the middle of nowhere on a jobsite constructing a new radio and comms tower. Now that the site has been completed I can get back to the real business that's close to my heart. That to which is anything cannabis related my friends!
Sooooooooooo I had a great session when I got home and I decided to record the experince for all of you. I was medicated for 2 days after this session. I think the THC break while working definitely helped with the ass kicking effects too.
Now it's time to catch up on the thread reading I'm behind on and I've also got some more data, comparisons and thoughts to share here in a bit too. Cheers and enjoy everyone!

This Fucking Combustion is my life and what's just as important to me is all of you too. You're all many of the reasons that I've found added joy and knowledge in my daily grind and life.
