Make sure you use the same shipping and billing address and use a pc or a mobile phone in view as pc mode. I had issues but they were solved that way. Now all that remains is the flowerpot to arrive (and may it come soon or i will need to double my medication because all of you hyping me)
My order went through smoothly which is not always the case by US suppliers when you try make payments from a foreign land.
The shipping is brutal to The Netherlands ($42) and I will also get hit with another 20% for taxes. I do wish we would liberalise our attitude as it makes it very difficult for any EU manufacturers to risk taking a step. It's a shame, this county was known for its liberal attitudes and now we lag behind.

billing and shipping adress are now the same but I could not check out again (i have now ordered everything 3 times trying to pay and checkout, can not delete (cancel the orders) have to wait for newvape)... and all orders are pending since yesterday...
I ordered from my notebook... maybe it is my visa electron card, hope I will be able to pay in the nearest future, so that newvape could ship to me...

I feel your pain. I had problems with my first 2 orders... but I rode it out and in the end, it was worth it!
Stick to it... and communicate. NewVape will help make it all right.

I think they do right. Think about how much impulse buys this system has stopped. They give you time to rethink and to add a showercap, a stand, the coil cover....

Okay, okay you get all the credit! You did start the conveyer belt, I just want it to go on record the part that I played in this excellent development for the good of all.
To be fair, I just gave an eager beaver a little nudge, and voila!
Huge respect to @VapeFiend.com just for being who they are and what they do! So many vape retailers/manufacturers who are just solid, genuine people you are thrilled to give your money, knowing that everything is clear and transparent and the service is excellent and fair.
Anyway, Vapefiend are making it even harder for me to not buy the Flowerpot now. Not now, I mean, but next. I really should be aiming for the Symphony for my tolerance likelihood, but I will wait and see what prices Vapefiend can offer.
I am just SO drawn to the Flowerpot, I may even be tempted to chance it, knowing it will surely sell on easily for a small disount in top condition.
And I am presuming that if I got the dhgate approved enail (theoretically speaking,
), then it should work fine with the Glass Symphony too? I mean, if the FP didn't work for me (in a parralell universe I mean ), then I will have the Symohony to fall back on.That way, I would have the enail, which I would need to buy anyway for either model. Selling a Flowerpot shouldnt be impossible (?) if I cant keep it. So not much risk really, just some potential inconvenience, disappointment and a bit of testing suffering.
Anyway, tempted trust. Just hope Vapefiend can offer some good prices. I kind of expect it to be roughly the same in GBP as in USD, so still way cheaper overall surely without ship and import on top.
Edit- @VapeFiend.com , I can easily see a huge and growing demand for the Flowerpot, with repeat customers.
It will be so cool if you can attempt to stock a good range of Flowerpot accessories, such as the carbcaps, the kickstand, and anything else that is popular or likely to be desired.
It would be awsome to be able to get everything from the UK, instead of having to also place an extra Newvape order for bits and bobs, but hey, whatever you can do, massive respect.

I've had this problem ordering through vapefiend once too. Switched browsers and it worked. No idea if thats going to help but it just occurred to me so thought I'd post just in case

tried it from my tablet and it worked now... do not know why it did not work before...
on my notebook I use firefox and on tablet chrome... could it be the reason?
I am happy that it worked now...
Interesting. So theres one potential workaround if someone else has this problem... Try a different browser

Great to hear Vapefiend is picking this up, at least there will be distributor in the EU which should mean no more customs and painful shipping charges. I must be honest and say I took the expensive shipping option as the cheap option was up to 20 business days for delivery, no insurance and no tracking. That seemed like a big risk for more than $200 worth of gear. Very curious to see what sort of price Vapefiend will set. Sometimes distributors go a bit over the top.
Just got my confirmation from NewVape that my package has been shipped. All up to USPS now.
