camping trip vape

so Ive got a camping trip coming up. I was considering the firewood 2.1 (ive had the 1.0 and while I liked it I just hated messing around with the screen/mouthpiece, that seems to be fixed with this version)

The vapman

or the flowermate vapormax v

It will be on a nice sized piece of land and we will be camping a few miles away from my buddies house in the area so it will be possible to charge it when we cruise back for drinks and such.

This isent a vape I will be sharing because all these guys prefer to combust, so its all solo usage.

Id like to be clear that my choice is between these 3 ONLY because of price and usage.

Vapman FTW or Vapo-bowl if you are fine for inhaling jet stream.. also VG coil :) ! I would stay off battery vapes :) if i plan camping for a while

I went camping for a week recently with my Pax, but we were on a remote site on a huge lake, a 6 mile boat ride back to the campground which is 20 miles from the nearest power outlet. We bring a deep cycle battery and an inverter and charge the portables up when needed. Other buddy had a Vapir 02. But it's easy for us when we have a boat to carry our gear.

Solo is out of the picture as well as the hammer. Just not my thing.

I will look into all the suggestions and let y'all know...I was originally going to take my t1 but the battery issue might get annoying

If you're going camping then consider the The Lotus. All you need a bad ass lighter and you're good to go. Solo for sure if you had car charger or had access to charge it on camping grounds.

I'm heading to big bear lakes this weekend and The Lotus is coming along too. Even though we'll be in a cabin, I cant wait to toke in the jacuzzi overlooking the beautiful scenery.

Dont like the lotus at all. In social situations its just not a good idea, but maybe meth is more prevalent down here? Anything involving a torch lighter and spinning it in circles is automatically associated with meth and I damn near had to kick someones teeth in because they wouldent shut up about the "meth" pipe I had. NEVER again will I use the lotus.

When I would use my lotus I would spin the flame around the circle part on the top head. It was the only way Id get even abv otherwise it would combust and/or just burn one part of the load.

The lotus is something I would never consider with the experiences Ive had with it. All it brought was negativity for me so I refuse to touch it again.

big bear is a fun place to camp.. i just felt like saying watch for bears tho!
I walked up on one black bear very close.. almost shit myself

If your going to be able to charge it why ask ? Take the vape or vapes you like to use the most. Don't see why you would need something else myself if you ain't going off grid.

Take your thermovapes and batteries and be happy.

The Lotus is a good vape and if anyone ever implied i was smoking meth with it i would show them that it is herb and if he kept implying that it is tweak just tell em to fuck off. Personally i could not give a fuck what anyone thinks or has to say and when it comes to getting good quality vapor. I would take the Lotus camping any day

vapor genie. just have 2 bic lighters and youll be rosey. since your friends combust they might like it or if you run out of lighter im sure your friends will have a few as backup.aand its only 50-60 if you lose it

I tried the hammer. While it produced nice vapor I just wasent a fan. The plastic would get too hot to my liking and by the time I would hit it more than 3 times Id have the idea in my head that was going to explode. Not to mention when I would go to light it on the 3rd hit it would blow a small fireball out the top of the unit...thats with a fast button press, I never left the gas on without the flame going.

I just didnt feel like it was a safe piece of equipment to be putting right next to my face, but thats just me.

That's normal. Those are understandable issues. I vote firewood. The Flowermate isn't that great IMO. But the FM does get twice as many sessions

I personally like my VaporGenie Coil with a small torch lighter for extended outdoor trips. Taste really good, hits really good, and I'm very careless with it since it's basically just a hunk of coiled metal wired. Perfect for camping, just bring extra butane, and probably an extra lighter because, you know...

I personally dig the FM for a camping setup. It's not gonna blow your load (heh) but it'll keep you happy for bowl after bowl as you focus on the task at hand-enjoying the great outdoors with buddies!!

If it's just an outdoor stoner party (those are fun too) then I'd say bring some glass and go heavy duty. VG coil is cheap and gives clouds with glass. Tvape will impress for 3-4 powerful sessions before it needs to be recharged.

Or you just bring all your vapes and keep em charged then go through em one by one till you cant distinguish your fingers from the tree branches behind em! :smug:

Vapman and Firewood are both beautiful, wonderful pieces as well. You've got plenty of options!

So this happened kind of randomly but I went with the t-vape 2.0 and that vapor genie coil does have me intrigued....are the hits harsh or can you taste the butane much? Was it determined that with a vapor genie the butane all gets burnt in the flame so it wont enter the airflow? Sorry Im not familiar with vapor genie products but get the general idea of how they work.

I have the vapor genie classic and i cant taste the butane at all. I would definitely take it camping if for no other reason than you know you will always be in business if all else fails as long as you have a working lighter.

Ha ha ! Cheers ,mate ..! Just waiting for some Albino Cubes to pop up and plan to do the same thing on my birthday which meets also the glorious July Morning.. ! Great times ahead for both of us for sure :) ! Trip on and see ya the other side ;) !
