likely skin oils off the cap , discolors over time But I don't fuss cleaning them off,

This tracks actually. I’m pretty sure it’s almost always on the first round, so it would’ve burned off by a second one. Thanks!!

Well, partial confirmation maybe?

I wiped the cap down with a paper towel and the vapor went down to almost nothing. Gave the whole unit a good cleaning, and there was none at all.

Guess I just need to keep my hands cleaner? I do have kind of oily skin naturally so I guess that tracks. Glad it’s not some freak burning metal problem or something!

it's fine dude.. just your oily fingerprints and smudges from handling the cap burning off.. vape some finger oil, lol! seriously tho, no worries.. let it burn off then vape when it's ready.. same happens when u handle ball vape coils (when they are cool obviously and then heated) do a higher then usual temp burn off when it's empty.. like 25-30 blinks.. exhale into stem to push anything out the cap..might bake out some more nasties... be careful, it's hot..do not inhale 🔥
