The birds started chirping at 4:41am today. Yesterday it was 4:44.

Left my wife in bed and tip toed out for a little session with the E-Nano.

I bought an absurdly complicated piece of glass. I'd call it something but have no idea what to call it and @Enchantre would correct me for using the wrong term anyway. :lmao:

But the water and vapor goes up and down these vertical tubes in a very weird fashion. It puts on quite a show. I bought it because the size is almost perfect for use in my zero gravity chair with the base in my lap. Even though this is the cheap Chinese glass, I'm astounded by the intricate workmanship.

Unidentified indica from a local grower is very nice this morning. Warm and soothing.

I don't "Correct", @ChippyMalone m'dear - I inform. It is my job, as a senior Akashic Records Acquisition Specialist, to collect as much seemingly meaningless data as possible during my tenure. If I have a chance to share any of it, I'll take it. :)

Little bit of ACDC & Grape Ape this morning. I get to spend eight hours today in a cultural diversity sensitivity class. Medibles just might be what saves my mind...

@Enchantre I'm sorry you had to endure that sensitivity training. While so many people desperately need it, it just cannot take eight hours to explain that

  • it's ok that not everyone thinks just like you do.
  • you should be kind and considerate to everyone.
  • regardless of our differences, we can always find common ground to base our relationships upon.
So the early bird chirped at 4:19am.this morning. I guess she knew I was in a bit more pain and woke me up. To fix that.

I did break down and take an extra pill along with my Vapman session. A little disappointed by that, but I've got to make it one more week until we try an epidural. I still use less than half the pills they give me, so I can feel good about that.

I'm going to crawl back in bed and watch a star trek episode before my wife wakes up.

Very stinky purple buds from a local grower this morning. Had that weird terpene taste that I don't love but gets me very nicely medicated. Some of the stickiest bud I've had.

I get "fishy" for what my hubby calls "earthy"... works a treat!

You are so correct... those three points are the basis of what I live by. The training wasn't too horrid, but it was all day....

....and I didn't have to answer a single phone call, so that's a win.

I was up at 5am, Chippy... No real clue why, but I did make it back to sleep... I'm medicated now, of course, trying to keep the pain at bay. Well, yes... the class yesterday was too long sitting. I stand most of my working day, pacing, knee bends, bouncing around. Sitting hurts.

@Enchantre yes. Fishy, earthy, etc. Something in the putrid genre of aromas. I'm trying to train myself to like it, as I do have a bunch of it right now and expect it to be a mainstay around here due to the effect.

I was amused yesterday when my wife commented on the aroma from across the room immediately after grinding a little nug.

This really cracked me up. I imagine some sweet troll that really does have nice no strings attached cuddles to offer.

Stressful tonight, anxious about a medical procedure tomorrow. I've been through it before, but this is a new doctor and a new surgical center and I just don't feel comfortable.

But I ate a monstrous brownie that had at least 100mg THC and have my alarm set for "First Four-Twenty" since they said no food or drink for 4 hours. You can sure as shit bet in eating another brownie before I go in there to be stabbed and jabbed.

E-Nano with a water tool and unnamed local grower bud I'd warming things up nicely.

Goodnight FC. See you in 4.5 hours.

I've somehow missed this thread for days! But I've been doing my bit to support it, not verbally (type-ally? Is there a word for what I'm trying to say? Anyways...)

Minivap has been working great the past few days. This morning I dug Vapman out of storage, as well, and tried it with a splash of Kief on top. My lighter was acting funky again and I wound up toasting the first one a bit more than I like, but not combusted! , the next two loads were much smoother. And the last was probably just enough. Enough to go try a bowl of ice cream w ABV topping. The wife is out of town for a couple of days so I'm being extra health conscious, at boot ;)

Edit - 2 bowls... Now it might be nap Time!

I used the last of my Golden Dragon tincture last night making rice crispy squares. The current Canadian government doesn't agree with allowing medical marijuana, but the Supreme Court of Canada specializes in law, and disagrees with much of that the current government says - thank goodness for a bit of sanity in politics!

@killick you can blame me for not posting in here in a timely manner, causing you to be forced to double post.

Congrats on Canada's mmj legal victory.

Just got back from my community garden plots, where I mostly screwed around and admired my vegetable plants. I'm feeling really quite smug that the new guy from completely different climate has shown up and has the best looking plots in town.

Yesterday, I up-cycled this little wooden shipping crate I found in the garage into a raised bed herb garden. I think the fragile stencils are really fun.

Ive got too many plants, and started doing things like putting three tomato plants in the middle of the strawberry patch. So once the berries are done, the bed can still produce something else.

Vaped on some unfortunately seedy bud from a local grower. Don't ever believe that seeds in cannabis decrease potency. I wouldn't be surprised if the actual vapeable material wasn't exactly as potent if not more. If course, by weight, the potency suffers due to the weight of the seeds. Or maybe it's just good mmj at a bargain basement price?

Anyway, It does take me down memory lane to sort seeds on a tray like in that dark ages before cannabis Prohibition was ended.

Chippy - I love your garden pix, and I'm glad you are having so much fun with it! I should continue unpacking here, and need to weed the garden that's not been touched this year, but bending still bugs me, but sitting on my butt vaping is comfie... So I have this dilemna. I'm going to call it celebratory tincture day, go put some solvent in the freezer, and have a nice orangey rice crispy square. Good day to you all, especially concentrate enjoyers around the planet and here in Cannada :)

@Enchantre - I watched your dab on Instagram this morning. Dabbing is still a curiosity to me - never tried it, and would given the opportunity, but it's not something I want to learn via Youboob. So I dab vicariously :)

So yesterday a friend drops over. He's a Crohn's sufferer (35+ years), with Ankylosing Spondulytis (sp?) as an added complication. He's been testing the MMJ waters for a couple of months now, and has cut back on his percocet use over 50% so far. This without really knowing what he's doing. I've tought him tinctures, and his wife is an awesome baker, and thats been helping. But he doesn't know how to vape. So yesterday they came over around 10, and the two of us grabbed the seat with the best view, and started with the Kind pen for a quick start, followed by Heat Island, then Vapman, NO2, Minivap, and finally he tapped out at the Extreme Q. And then slept all the way home as his wife drove home (she spent the time in the garden, with my spousal unit :) Next time they come over I'm starting with the EQ and a bag each!

Anyways, I didn't bump yesterday as I was too bumping bumped. So I went for an ATV ride instead, and chased some deer, horses and cattle around in the bush (not on purpose - they startled me, too).

Today is a new day, and I'm pretty darned bumped if I do say so myself! It's a great day to be alive, and phoning the wee village down the road to see about arranging for a GP. Best to do that whilst bumped, as well, right?
