Got a bit medicated, went on a long cycle ride... 20 miles.

Fell at one point. On my left hip. Of course. Can I say of COURSE it was the left hip. What the fuck else would it be...

Got home, and I'm working on layers of medication now. Just had some medicated cookie crumble. Warming up the EVO for some full-spectrum flowers, and then I'm hitting a dab.

20 miles...that's a feat even with the hip detour so I say nicely done.
