As a kindness in this world, if you EVER have to call any sort of "technical support" or "customer service" line, if you get ANY kind of positive experience, then make that poor, underpaid, unappreciated phone agent's day, and please ask to SPEAK TO THEIR SUPERVISOR, and tell them what a positive image that phone agent gives their company/agency.
Worth more than diamonds. Seriously. If ONE FUCKING PERSON would offer to praise me to my boss, it would make all the "thank you"s and "wow, that's great customer service!"s actually mean a damn thing to me. Otherwise, it is just empty words.
