Well, I just enjoyed a really juicy pear after my 4:00am vape session.
I've turned waking up in the middle of the night in pain into a surprisingly pleasant time of the day. I have the E-Nano already packed with a mix of high CBD and standard flowers or wax. Turn on the heating pad at the foot of the bed.
Once I'm properly medicated, I wander downstairs to the kitchen for a snack and usually a cup of hot tea. A cat or two usually follows me around. The dogs pretend to be asleep because they don't want to have to go outside in the cold if they get up. It's the only time of the day that opening the refrigerator door does not have an eager audience.
Then back upstairs where the heating pad has warmed the foot of the bed and I can move it up to my back.
And, of course, it's now time for another vape before getting to get a couple more hours sleep.

Another 4am pain relief session. Decided to break out the Dama branded sour diesel wax. Strangest looking stuff I've ever had. Looks like orange colored wet granulated sugar. Every month or so I will buy one really fancy half gram of wax just for times like tonight.
I do love all these cats on the bed, but really wish one of them hasn't spilled my tea into the bedside drawer. I did learn that my hoodie is not very absorbent. While interesting, it was not very helpful knowledge to learn in the middle of the night.
