Bud Bee Grinders

A large version is in the works, but won't be released for some time. What would be your ideal diameter?

Having the screws the other way around was considered, but to keep the aesthetic of the top and be able to swap out the top for other future designs I decided to have the screw heads accessible through the grinding chamber.

For now the different grind plate options will only be for the bottom plate.
I've tried several sizes, up to 4", which was too large. 3" to 3.5" seems ideal

Hello everyone, I need your help identifying conservation charities for pollinating species around the globe. I have reached out to the Xerces Society which primarily works in North America to restore habitat for pollinators, but since the Bud Bee Grinder is sold globally I don't think it's fair to donate only to a charity that primarily serves North America. My idea is that if you buy a Bud Bee the portion of the sale that will be donated will go to a conservation charity that operates as geographically close to the customer's delivery address as possible. Based on the pre-order sales I need to find conservation programs that operate primarily in the UK, EU, and Australia. If you have any suggestion please DM me or post to this thread. Thank you!

If not them directly, they may be able to give you good info on various countries. They have a 100% rating from charity navigator

another issue I have w/other grinders is not having enough space between the teeth to load a piece of flower of any size, I don't want to break down buds to little pieces to get em in the grinder, I've already done 1/2 it's job. The Auto9 was good for this.

I’m definitely keeping an eye for the coarse plate!

I’d prefer a smaller size like the flower mill mini because I grind only what I use right then, which isn’t huge.

Pre-ordered the onyx variant as I generally grind medium/fine and was about to buy an aroma 3 so thought I'd take a punt on these as all my other gear is black so it would be cool if this matched my other grinders/herb storage! Looking forward to getting it in hand and taking it for a spin :) will likely buy a medium plate too when available.
