Thanks for all the interest and support with the Terp Pen! We have received some more units today and they will be back in stock on our website: https://bndlstech.com/product/terp-pen/.
Unfortunately, our replacement coils didn't come in this shipment but I can part some of the Terp Pens out and try to get replacement coils out to those who are in need of a replacement. We are limited to send out only a few at the moment though, so please send me an email to Eric@bndlstech.com and I'll do my best to help out.
Our apologies for this inconvenience, the Terp Pen replacement coils will be up on our website once we have our stock shipment come in. We have been met with unfortunate delays in packaging the coils but I can do my best to help with the resources I have here in our office. Please send me an email and I'll do my best to set you up.
The 1st few hits will always taste great but since this pen has the ceramic tips soaking in your concentrate every hit, taste will start to diminish after a few of them. The best way is to do a regular cleaning or replace the coils. You can also try a burn off by inhaling with no concentrate a few times to clean out what may be left in the coils. This should help a bit . They are $5 each I believe. Inhaling slowly is perfect but will have no effect on taste , that mostly helps with not getting the coils gunked up and clogged. You are not doing anything wrong . Its just the nature of a pen that uses coils. I clean after every 2-3 grams I put through it , the taste may taper off a bit but the effects definitely do not.any tips how to get good tasting hits? I got a few nice ones, now not so good anymore - i suspekt user error...
i just inhale slowly, then hold a dabber with less than a ricecorn to the coil... any ideas?
Definitely a effective wax pen for $30!! Excellent for micro dosing your concentrates. The coil tips seem to last a good amount of time. This is due out in April with a price point of around $30. I saw Boundless using it in their IG streams. Looks real nice. It's thinner than the Grasshopper. I believe it uses a 18350 battery, & it is good for 50 dabs before needing to be recharged which takes 45 minutes. I'm assuming battery is swappable. It's air activated with a 10-second cut off. You inhale, it turns on for 10-sec. If you want to continue to draw after the cut off, you just stop inhaling for a second & then begin inhaling again. Much like a regulated mod box. It's very stealth for dabs on the go. The mp has a magnetic cap on it & the atomizers are ss & can be cleaned with iso.
Per Boundless: "1/3 the size and equally as powerful. Meet the TERP Pen. Successor to the CF 710, we redesigned this ultra portable concentrate device to be the size of the average pen."

Really hoping it is a fluke. Bad batch of parts or something along those lines. No idea of the verity of this claim, but it's worth a view. Possible health risk. https://www.reddit.com/r/Waxpen/comments/c3d0rv/terp_pen_burnt_insulator/

I was so close to getting one. But my inner voice said "you have a all stainless steel rda with stainless steel mesh with a air path that only contacts stainless steel and rosin why buy this". The rda and roll of mesh was under $12.Wow...those insulators are very close to those coils. Thanks for posting this.

We'll see though as more people start to open theirs up to find out.
Yeah, so far its the only known case.
I compared my own to the defective one posted on reddit, the one on reddit appears to be more than just burnt.
The coil with the burnt insulator is also bent downwards and not parallel with the other coil.
Were they installed like that? Damaged during use?
There is not enough information to support the chicken little panic
I don't see anyone in this thread saying 'The sky is falling.'chicken little panic

Given the companies history with the Tera issue, I find a prudent concern reasonable and at an owner's or potential owner's discretion while awaiting further data.
not really the same things to compare... maybe you are true but the fact is the insulator to be too close of the coil all in all, others already noticed it:We need more information before we start telling people to stop vaccinating their kids.
I compared it to mine and I can see the insulator is right below the coil
