I use an essential oils atomizer (not the ones that dillute the oil with water but one of those where you just drop the essential oil in pure) and some nice, certified pure essential oils (make sure you don’t buy anything synthetic or dilluted), usually something along the lines of Bergamot, Lavender, something Pine-y or woody like Cedar etc.
