I'm just now finding out I might not be bipolar--quite possibly Asperger's--my mood swings if I really think about it are usually triggered by something (and they are easily triggered due to my poor EQ--Emotional Intelligence--and my poor self image from year's of trying to fit in and not, and struggling through life and relationships always thinking it's my fault ... if only I'd try harder ...)
I'm working towards an actual diagnosis, but it will be a long enough road.
At this point though, after reading many, many blog posts, articles, watching youtube videos, reading 3 books on the subject, and doing all the online quizzes I could think of as well as discussing with my Dr., I'm pretty sure its the right diagnosis.
