My bro got his order in right after the first window opened, and no email for him yet either.I ordered on the first day around 7:30PM PDT and no email yet.
My guess is they have some sort of system for this unrelated to order time, but I feel confident that the entire batch will be processed and shipped as it should be. Sort of like downloading a torrent.
Edit: just a couple moments after I wrote this he IMed me with his shipping confirmation. This is actually happening, people...

Maybe but, thats bullshit!!!! To me it seems like they had to squeeze in one last broken promise! I even paid for faster shipping when it was supposed to be free in the first place.... Then the whole customs debacle and the announced free overnight!
That's not the point, nor am I assuming such a thing. All I am saying, is that they hyped up pre-registration as an opportunity to get ahead of the general public.. The email was leaked, and nothing was in place to stop the general public from buying, as well, some users are reporting never even receiving notice of the special purchase dates. A real pre-registration would have a system in place, to allow everyone that signed up a fair shot of making the purchase before the public. That didn't happen and is why some folks are upset...and rightfully so.
If a company can't get the pre-reg right, then don't offer it.
Yup, pre registered twice. Received all of the annoying original davinci promotion emails (free snorkel, eliquids etc...) as well as all the delay emails. Didnt get anything about the preorder actually starting, or times. I emailed them about that after the second day of pre ordering and never received a response
I don't know how the shipping notice is worded, but I'd jut like to point out that USPS overnight shipping is called Priority Shipping Express.

Mine has this after the tracking number... (USPS Priority Mail )
But...it's possible that it still will go out Express...I did pay for the "boost" in shipping...
They fucked up, Tweek. We know...they know it. Hopefully, a learning lesson for all.
All I know, is I better see some good videos of some nice clouds from you lot.

I missed out on the first wave because there were no Wood Burl available so I would like a 2nd chance to get one as soon as they are available to order.

Yeah...Davinci is going to have to address this eventually...but, for the moment, let's help them get those damn packages out (by not whining about shipping costs), so at least the complaining about not having an Ascent can stop...

#3277 shipped, ordered about an hour in on the first day.
I wasn't invited but I was pre-registered, what ever that means (I don't fucking care anymore).

I have to go out of town thursday night, so I assume mine will arrive on friday. Fingers crossed I can take it with me but I seriously doubt it. At least I will be back in time for claiming it from the window on saturday.

Guys, USPS changed their shipping names..oddly both Priority and Express are called Priority. One takes 3-4 days, the other 1-2. All orders are going out with the 1-2 delivery date, aka Express which is what is promised.
Also, we received some boxes, some we are still waiting on their arrival. So, unfortunately not all orders are able to be filled today. We are short some black and are missing the crocs. We wanted to get everything out as fast as possible and they are being processed by order number. The remaining units are in route and we will have them filled before the end of the week. Sales will open again once these orders are filled.
