OK, this thread is looooong overdue based on the blah blah blah of non specific discussion going on in the other thread. That and I'm sick of reading crap posts while awaiting the release announcement and tech related info
So have at it....... HERE not THERE mmmkay ?!
Wait... how did I get added to notifications for this group? Is that your way of telling me, in the absence of having an actual product to discuss, that I was getting too gabby in other thread?
Or, should I be honored that my contributions to both the other thread and the wiki, merit inclusion for all things Acesnt?

noobs...as you are waiting for the ascent take some time to read this thread and the wiki which summarizes it. The link is in nigel's signature. It is up to date as of yesterday that I know of and is a great place to start.

Today is the day that DHL is *supposed* to deliver the review units to DaVinci (Having dealt with manufacturing in China, I realize delays are possible.)
If they do arrive on time, and are shipped out, hopefully we can all be living vicariously through real user reviews by Tuesday or so. Maybe some of the prize-winners (minus Haiku) will be in this batch.
Plus that means units for the rest of us aren't too far behind...

I think you guys should just all come and crash the parkinsons thread.
Be careful what you wish for. The Inhalater XP thread is deteriorating rapidly and I'm starting to think we should just have one chaotic thread.

That's a cool thought, but unfortunately I found this:

The Ascent doesn't go quite that high if I remember correctly.

Judging from the same questions being repeatedly asked, or things the mods said just two pages prior to NOT keep harping on, but yet the low post-count people still continue to do so, I'm going to have to go with with "NO" on that one.
You might have, but that is the exception, not the other 98%.

Haha, okay I agree! It just seamed as tho the few newbs that got sent over here might have been doin some reading according to their posts. The repeated questions might get annoying but it keeps the thread hopping! It looks like they do a good job around here trying to control the BS, all forums seem to have assholes, newbs, wierdos (including me), stalkers, fakes, people w/ no common sense, annoyers, ect.
