Holy cow are you freaking kidding Vito, you are blowing massive clouds in that vid! WOW, WOW, WOW!!!

Rick that is the shit! You are striving for excellence every day at Zapville, you have done a great job! Really would love to get my hands on one. Pls let me know what I can do! It reminds me of an old oil lamp, I grew up a boy in rural MS. my grandparents grew it or killed it, I remember loading up the old truck with corn and riding through the little town near by selling it by the bushel. We had those oil lamps for when we always lost power. They are absolutely amazing pieces!

Wow Vito! I do think we need to come up with a sub-name for you. Something to do with incredible lung capacity. Thank you so much for the video using our new bubbler. The close up shot at the end will be especially helpful to Tim as he wants to see the bubbles in action with a Zap. We may do a mod to reduce the size of the bubbles and increase the quantity. More perc holes, slightly smaller. I'll get a link off to Tim of your video for him to peruse. What about the vapor? Did you notice any difference over dry pulls? I know you prefer dry generally.
You sure do a fine video and we sure do appreciate your attention to detail. You also got that baby up there fast since you just got the piece yesterday. I cannot say 'thank you' enough Vito.

I should be able to get the bubblers up on the website later today along with some very trippy Myrtlewood CRZs that should be done. We have a family Easter day tomorrow at our sons place so will be out of Zapville for most of the day.

We also appreciate all the comments on the glass and all else Zapville.

J.R.R. , thanks for the shots of that CRZ. It was one of the plainer ones up at the time. I thought it was cool that you picked that one for your prize. Most folks would have gone for something fancier. Glad it finally made it. That fucker left Zapville Feb 28th! Incredible long journey, just to the UK. One of the main reasons we only ship to US addresses.
Sun today. This COULD be the second day since fall that I do not need a fire in the shop.

Wow Vito!....What about the vapor? Did you notice any difference over dry pulls? I know you prefer dry generally.....
I prefer dry hits for flavor, sensation, and medication effects.
I found that especially in the case of users with less "sturdy" lungs, that the size of the hits could be doubled due to this gentle filtration.
The reason I generally do not go for bongs or water filtration is simply that I find the flavor to be slightly "washed out" or diminished by the water.
NOT THE CASE HERE!
The water used was a small enough amount that the flavor was still full and rich.
The unit can be tilted at twice the angle of other larger percolators, or shower domes.
The way that the water is contained keeps the smell of "bong water" at an absolute minimum.
I was totally impressed by how high I could fill this unit with water before there was any issue with spillover.

That's great to hear. The loss of flavor was a concern of mine. Thanks

Rick, every time I visit this forum and check this thread you seemingly always are pulling off magic. The RockZap I have is a real treasure and that new bubbler looks amazing. I'll have to lurk here for a bit 'cause I gotta have one! :o

Man, Vitolo whenever I see your av in a thread I stop skimming-- another great vid!

A couple more comments about the bubbler... and a respective wooden holder for it.
First comment- I am glad that the shorty stems... or a stem tip is not built into the bubbler unit.
This makes for extremely easy cleaning of the glass.... and allows me to have 3 shorties packed and ready for my bubbling session!

Second comment- I think it smart to make the wooden holder/base to accommodate the bubbler with NO shorty installed.
All GonG shorty stems are NOT created equal.
You may get one that is a hair shorter or longer!
The bubbler filled with water is also a bit heavier, and does not need to be balanced on a shorty stem while it is in a holder.
The Bubbler is fantastic, Rick!
In spite of my general preference for dry hits... I have not taken a dry hit yet today!!

Woah! Not one dry hit today! thats impressive, considering how much you vape before most of us are even out of bed

Love the reviews of the bubbler Vito. Water diffusion+no flavor loss =

OK, the machine work is done for the day and pics shot. Now I have to edit pics and do website work to get 'er done. I'll be doing that over the next couple hours. That will include getting the Zapubler up which will happen after I get three of these up. We are going to test the Cedar before offering it on the website. The Myrtle and Cherry have been around the shop for a long time.
Cherry, Myrtle, Western Red Cedar and Myrtle. They are right at 4" tall and 2" wide with the Cedar slightly larger.

Looks like they are gone alright. We only had a handful or so to start. I should have more in this coming week.
Happy Easter all. Personally, it is about Mothers Spring in our family. No stories, just the annual re-birth of life all around us.

My zap started rattling while warm a few weeks ago, so i shot rick an email, and he had a tite kit out to me in just a few days. not only that but he threw in a can of zapolish. needless to say, my zap is working at 100% again. Thanks Rick.

@kewpcer- I would say about 3 1/2" tall by under 2" in diameter is the smallest Zap we can make. We are staying with the same heatport size with all Zaps now, no smaller ones. We could not get the same steady smooth performance in the higher heat range with the smaller heatport design so we did not make it happen. That means all Zaps get the same size heatport which limits how small they can be.
No matter what size, they are doing a fine job of squeezing the most from your precious herb. Just a pinch will do ya just fine. Plenty big clouds for me but then I am a lightweight. I've only been at it regularly for 45 years.

420 special starting a bit early. Try zapville@fc for a discount code. Only works for Zaps.(I hope)

If anyone around here ordered in the last few days, I will give the same discount.
