Thank you, Rick for making one of my favorite vapes ever in the CRZ. The advancements you made with it are still impressive to this day and truly took log vapes to the next level. What a story! A meeting with our lawyer today gave us a good glimpse at the goings on from "the man" and Zapville.
Kind of funny really. "The man" is just folks doing a job that they thought would be cool and good and all. But they forgot many of their enemies, the MJ crowd, are just plain folks trying to live a normal life, doing their thing when they get home from work.
All kidding aside, this is serious. Here is my first quote from the public document filed against us last Friday.

They stung me but mostly missed. They wanted a sale in Idaho and did not get it. You will not believe even parts of the rest of the story. How about "Flora", an employee of the US Border Patrol who sniffed packages at the Spokane USPS terminal? This is crazy. This is real. This is the war on drugs.

They're just madness, some of the laws in our world today. Who even comes up with this crap? More lives they're trying to ruin with the tax-payers money. Are they really so blind that they can't tell who the real criminals are? I guess so. What a poor example of the Idaho justice system.

OK, the big shock is over and we are settling into the battle mode but staying calm and strong in the process.. We have to. They beat us when we fuck up our lives fretting and worrying about the spanking they intend for us. This is going to be interesting as it progresses. Caught up in the war on drugs over a log vape! I will have some more selected quotes from LEO soon. They were "just doing their job", spending many taxpayer dollars to put me out of business which of course took away income from Idaho. Thanks everyone. Gunky, comments like yours warm my heart. That is what keeps us going through this adventure, knowing over the years we have helped people use their medicine in a safer, more efficient way. The State of Idaho has labeled us "criminals" for doing so. Even though we are facing some very serious stuff in the future, we are comforted knowing our crime is NOT a crime in the eyes of most people of all views and opinions. This is an interesting business, making criminals out of regular people who decide an herb works better for them than narcotic drugs or even better than alcohol for plain old relaxing at night or in the day. I can't say it will be fun, that is for sure. We will do it and we will do it with all the strength the Master Flow gives us. That kind of strength is infinite and takes so many forms. Like realizing, again, we are a team and we must stay positive through the fight.
OK, here is the last I will be showing some cards for awhile. Lawyers like their clients to be quiet. My lawyer knows what a big mouth I have and I am sure he cringes when he finds a new post from Rick so I will be careful.
There were 3 sneak and peeks in mid to late March of this year. The first included a Zap order by LEO and all packages shipped that day. 5 packages, drug dog Flora alerted to 3 including the package to LEO.
Then there were 2 "random' sneak and peeks within the next two weeks using drug dog Elko and Flora. The dog alerted to one package out of 9 on the 26th and alerted to 3 out of 5 on another random check two days later. Of course there were no drugs of any kind in any of the packages. In late May, LEO "Burke" ordered another Zap to Rockford Washington. Drug dog Flora alerted to it when it arrived and it was taken into custody by the main investigating officer.
All of this narrative on sneak and peeks is interesting as it confirms I never shipped drugs of any kind with Zaps. The searches were expensive too as they had to call the border patrol in to get use of a drug dog. In all of the above narrative, LEO never found any illegal drugs as there were none to be found. Also keep in mind all the sneak and peeks were done in a legal MMJ State, Washington. I wonder how dogs would hit on ANY random sampling of packages through postage terminals?
From the above events we go directly to them getting a warrant on 7/24(Not one mention of "Aromazap" in the warrant, only possession and distribution of MJ from a reliable informant) and raiding us on 7/25.
Keep in mind this happened because an official complaint was filed on us. That came from an ex family member not happy with being an ex and filled with hate. We'll deal with it.

I can't even read this read, it fill me with depression and outrage what government is doing to such good people even in this century. Sometimes I think we haven't still achieved developing modern civilization and are actually quite far from achieving it. If we don't change. Zaps were in my imaginary "hall of fame" although I've never used any log vape, knowing what they are and can do is enough. Criminalizing anyone for making natural product that saves health by making "smoking" healthy is absolutely nuts and doesn't even belong to medieval times.

We all have our own perspectives on the war on drugs. But then again a freedom fighter is also known as a terrorist. It just depends on who is looking at who.
I support medical MJ use. I have been a long time reader and participator of this forum and I no longer support the zapville, zap train or the zap man.
I do not support knowingly breaking the law in order to do so, it seems the business is based on arrogance. Blame outside of yourself is deceit, unadmirable and cowardly.
The state laws were know, knowingly building a device against your State laws for over 10 years is rightly subject to punishment. Not just time to pay the tax man.
A man is only as good as his word. Crack finders are those who know the laws, but find any loop hole around it for the sake of their own agenda.
Zapman is not the one wronged and those who continue this support disguist me. Politics. Who is the victim? Get off your sorry asses and take your medicine men. You make choices, you get caught, you know the punishments, and yet you play the game, ride that edge of the sword, and when your day comes, you bitch like a woman. Enough already. Rick, you are not the victim, for the sake of men, and those that you think you represent, we do not all share your philosophy. When I came in yesterday afternoon, Pat was freaked. She read WTF2s post and was immediately in fear. "This must be LEO, they are out to get us again". She was scared because of someones words on this forum. Point scored! Keep fear alive! Guilt. Throw out the guilt. Get us back to that fear/guilt game as I was sounding a little too cocky considering what we are facing.
That is the main theme of the words from WTF2. Also some weird concept of accountability.
First off gang, do not assume WTF2 is a male. WTF2 sounds very much like someone we know. Do you all remember way back when I mentioned there is one person in the world who hates us? That same person has gone to much effort to make our lives difficult. The actions from that person caused us to lose most of our savings to lawyer fees so our son could keep a relationship with his three sons over the last 4 years.
Of course no one really knows who WTF2 is but that is my guess. LEO has done their job on me and turned it over to the next department. LEO has other things to do, much more important than following Zapman on this thread.
And, to answer the main point of WTF2s post, We ARE taking responsibility for our actions. We are doing it the only way we can, through the legal system. "You bitch like a woman", WTF is that about? That is to throw us off track gang.

They came and spent 6 hours and gave it their best but were left holding the bag when they left. "No one will be arrested, you will hear from us someday". Everybody has known about Aromazap for years. This time they were given a drug nexus to the story that was a lie. We must admit, anyone who will lie to the State Police in a direct effort to hurt someone over jealousy is hurting bad and needs professional help.
We are taking responsibility for our actions and will be fighting tooth and nail for JUSTICE. So it is "just" to take a mans home for making Aromazap? Methinks not.
The person who is called WTF2 is not one of us. That person has a unique signature, repeated again and again, to all their actions related to us. Usually people who will stoop so low are really stupid. This is no exception.
Yup, I could be guessing wrong but that is my best shot. Someone really got hurt through this event. That would be the selfish one who expected us to go to jail for being criminals. That would be the one who does NOT support MMJ use. That would be the one experiencing Universal payback for their actions.
Soon, I will talk about bounty hunters. I love to watch old westerns. Lots of wisdom there.

The police have the power to violate the body and property of an individual, the intent being to hold violators of anothers body and property responsible for their actions.
This is an absolute power, and as the saying goes absolute power corrupts absolutely. So, how do you prevent corruption here? By making sure this power can ONLY be used against violators of anothers body and property and not just anyone in particular.
A thief violates the property of another, so you send the police against them.
A murderer violates the body of another, so you send the police against them.
When police are sent to violate the body and property of a citizen who has not violated the body and property of another, that means that the police and the legislature that enabled them has initiated the violation, therefore they are the criminal/responsible party in this case.
