This has been such a good fucking year for rap and hip-hop!! So many good album releases!
Chance The Rapper just dropped a mixtape with Lil B. Yeah, Based God, the "Wonton Soup" guy.
And it is FUCKING AMAZING. He has bars, Chano has bars, they're freestyling over beats. Mad wordplay thrown around. It's funny because Chance is most well-known for his album "Acid Rap" and Lil B is Based god, so it's acid and base together. It works so well.

Curren$y (aka Spitta Andretti) also today just dropped Cathedral Music, have listened a few times and it's great to hear Curren$y putting more new stuff out. I'm not sure why but I didn't feel as strongly about Pilot Talk 3 as I did Pilot Talk 2. Still it's worth listening to all of his mixtapes and albums if possible (it's a lot, too...)

Chance the rapper is a unique one love his style. Mac miller is at the top of my list of new skoolers as well. Seen kendrick live he is off tap. seeing childish gambino and Tyler the creator in a couple weeks. Hopefully dre will follow up his album with an australian tour

I like this version much more than Pt1, beat is so on point. Between this and Protect Ya Neck, my favorite group efforts by them.
