I got my tracking number today also....should we be using the Anvil Shipping thread? Or was that only for the Founders Unit?

It just hasn’t actually shipped yet. I’m sure once the packages are scanned it’ll update accordingly.The tracking is pretty bad... Doesn't really have any info, and doesn't even have a delivery date. When I got the tracking on like Wednesday I figured it just needed time to update. Am I missing something? Even under the "details" drop down there's nothing. Viewing it on my phone if it matters
So yeah after I paid on Tuesday I have not heard a thing from Vestratto.
Perhaps it's worth approaching with caution, although it seems like further waitlist emails have not been sent??
Is there a supply issue??
I'm not laughing. I paid Monday and I'm still sat at "electronic label created". It seems Vestratto is all too eager to take our money, but delivering in any kind of respectable timeframe is becoming questionable. Even if it ships Monday, it has to travel cross country for me, with no option for expedited shipping. Would have been swell if he had shipped Friday and we had the weekend of movement in our favour. I gotta say, between the frugality of Vestratto toward user's edition buyers, and a general lack of communication, most of my joy has already been sucked out of this purchase.
And I'd be fine with any of that, but it sure would be nice to hear from Vestratto whats going on.. They said 3 day turn around on processing to shipment, and we are well passed that. Not a word from Vestratto, radio silence. Feels amateur and I don't like it.I don't think your respective situations are out of the ordinary. I received a tracking number for my Users Edition on February 28th, but it didn't arrive until March 10. I live less than a 30 minute drive from the address listed on the Vestratto website. I did follow up with Vestratto and Whiff after about a week of no movement, there were some delays with the silver heat shields apparently. There could be something similar going on with your devices, or it could just be Canada Post delays. I've currently got some packages I shipped out in the middle of last week that haven't had any status change in their tracking info. I can relate to the eagerness, I couldn't wait to get my Users Edition, especially since I had loaned my FE to a friend in the US.

I mean, you said yourself they delayed your orders due to a heat shield issue and communicated it to nobody. I don't expect anyone to be checking tracking for me, I expected my unit to go out last week as per their stated process. Instead of posting on a message board that Vestratto only occasionally frequents, I'd suggest mailing them directly to see if they have an information about your order. It could be that it was dropped off at the post office, but was not scanned in properly by staff there or a situation with a parts issue similar to the response that was given to me. If it were the former, I don't see how someone could reasonably expect them to follow up with you about it. From their perspective, they've fulfilled the order and dropped it off at a post office or delivery service, if it doesn't arrive, businesses generally rely on customers to inform them. Having someone constantly check tracking info for shipments that have gone out would be a waste of time and money.

When you are visiting at someone place you should respect the house rules, it is common sense.
