Ordered Monday and got the shipping notice last night (Wednesday). It's great to watch this all happening! So far so good.

The tracking is pretty bad... Doesn't really have any info, and doesn't even have a delivery date. When I got the tracking on like Wednesday I figured it just needed time to update. Am I missing something? Even under the "details" drop down there's nothing. Viewing it on my phone if it matters

Edit: Used the parcel website and put the tracking in and it worked. 9-12 more days!? Uuughhh

It just hasn’t actually shipped yet. I’m sure once the packages are scanned it’ll update accordingly.

So yeah after I paid on Tuesday I have not heard a thing from Vestratto.

Perhaps it's worth approaching with caution, although it seems like further waitlist emails have not been sent??

Is there a supply issue??

I'm not laughing. I paid Monday and I'm still sat at "electronic label created". It seems Vestratto is all too eager to take our money, but delivering in any kind of respectable timeframe is becoming questionable. Even if it ships Monday, it has to travel cross country for me, with no option for expedited shipping. Would have been swell if he had shipped Friday and we had the weekend of movement in our favour. I gotta say, between the frugality of Vestratto toward user's edition buyers, and a general lack of communication, most of my joy has already been sucked out of this purchase.

I don't think your respective situations are out of the ordinary. I received a tracking number for my Users Edition on February 28th, but it didn't arrive until March 10. I live less than a 30 minute drive from the address listed on the Vestratto website. Here's my tracking page:


I did follow up with Vestratto and Whiff after about a week of no movement, there were some delays with the silver heat shields apparently. There could be something similar going on with your devices, or it could just be Canada Post delays. I've currently got some packages I shipped out in the middle of last week that haven't had any status change in their tracking info. I can relate to the eagerness, I couldn't wait to get my Users Edition, especially since I had loaned my FE to a friend in the US.

And I'd be fine with any of that, but it sure would be nice to hear from Vestratto whats going on.. They said 3 day turn around on processing to shipment, and we are well passed that. Not a word from Vestratto, radio silence. Feels amateur and I don't like it.

Just providing you with context from my order to compare, that's all. Instead of posting on a message board that Vestratto only occasionally frequents, I'd suggest mailing them directly to see if they have an information about your order. It could be that it was dropped off at the post office, but was not scanned in properly by staff there or a situation with a parts issue similar to the response that was given to me. If it were the former, I don't see how someone could reasonably expect them to follow up with you about it. From their perspective, they've fulfilled the order and dropped it off at a post office or delivery service. If it doesn't arrive, businesses generally rely on customers to inform them. Having someone constantly check tracking info for shipments that have gone out would be a waste of time and money.

I mean, you said yourself they delayed your orders due to a heat shield issue and communicated it to nobody. I don't expect anyone to be checking tracking for me, I expected my unit to go out last week as per their stated process. Again, just speaks highly to an amateur company.

Respect the rules of people who made this place available for people to share their opinion and have kept it going through the ages on their own expense. When you are visiting at someone place you should respect the house rules, it is common sense. Otherwise there are plenty of places that you can roam as free as you like or you can even start your own community.
Nobody here knows you ,so anyone can earn respect or not. This is a Gentlemen's club, respect is by default. You dont call people names until they earn your respect ,so you can be polite with them after. This is just immature,be nice to strangers.

Personally, I thought there were some reasonable suggestions offered, but you've been insulting to people on this forum and complaining about something completely out of the vendor's control. I can see why you might have taken the people responding to your posts negatively and that's certainly your prerogative, but your posts ranting at Vestratto over literally nothing doesn't really paint your circumstance in a positive light.

You've been accusing people and this forum in general of being toxic, yet you're calling a company who promptly fulfilled your order and provided you with tracking info within short order, amateur? All you needed to do was send an email in to them. If they gave you some bullshit, then sure, you might have a case that people might be able to sympathize or even agree with.

I just stated that that's what they told me. Other users who ordered after me received their units with silver heat shields before I did if we're going by order numbers, but again, none of this is proof that there is anything nefarious or even amateur going on. Logistics are screwed up everywhere, I'd look to that before assuming other factors personally.

New drop is working fine. Order went thru with no problems. I have ordered other vape gear lately and all delivery services are slow in updating now.Most only update once between pickup and out for delivery. Have 2 items doing exactly that right now. Glad to finally have the ordering done. So I will be patient and practice on the founders edition I picked up last month. Have a great drop folks.👍😁

I’ve been a week since payment with direct money transfer and my joint still hasn’t shipped yet. Just shipping invoice created. I had to send another email 3-4 days after order about tracking and then got the email, so probably got slipped up in the sales as I’m sure they are working overtime these days.
hopefully it’s just faulty tracking lols. Maybe I should check the mailbox!
It’s all good tho as long it arrives eventually!
2 weeks shipping time is pretty normal for anything Canadian, Eh lol.

I placed my order on 3/14. I received the shipping email with tracking on 3/17. It has been stuck at “Electronic information submitted by shipper” ever since. I emailed John and he replied that it was shipped and to give it a few business days to update but it has been unchanged. Anyone else in the same sitch as me?
