so nice to keep the form factor/hand feel we love! and not "fixing what aint broke'! Hope the cork is durable enough as mine usually gets beat up in my pocket or bag knocking around with other stuff. Also looking forward to different colorways in the future.
any ETA on the finished product?

There are other Worlds than these
Here it is. With a code you can preorder it for 99$.
No pictures of the new airpath and no availability on the eu-site though.
Thank you for posting the link
And thank you for the code.

For ~$112 after shipping and tax, that is a great price.

The Cork is one of my early concerns. I love the textile one the OG Pro, because it is sturdy and can be cleaned to a certain point.

I'll bet the hand feel is luxurious though!

It's all want and zero need, but the pre-order price will never be beat for a device of this caliber, and better then the 50% upgrade discount!

I already wanted one of these to see if I could make stem/mouthpiece accessories for it, and the $99 early price sealed the deal. I really appreciate their believing in their product enough to offer that. And, I suppose, I believe in Airvape enough to pay them that with the product at least 2 months out.

Like the hemp before it, I really disagree with the use of the cork. I think that the whole device would look luxury if it was all a metal surface, where the tacked on bits look fragile and tacky. Plus, I like to wipe my devices down with ISO cloths to sanitize them, and I imagine that would be bad for these surfaces.

Is there a special cork that is really durable? All my experiences with it are that it crumbles if you look at it wrong. (The gold flake is really nice tho!) I hope this comes with at least one dosing cap in the box with it, as I didn't order extras.

Depends on the binder I think? I have a prototype erlenmeyer flask with a layer of cork that was intended to be used as a heat shield (never sold or used since the cork is terrible for sanitation). It was at least 5 years old when I got it, and I’ve had it in my personal collection for at least a decade, the cork feels the same as the day I got it. Regular heating or handling might’ve worn it down by now though, mostly just keep it as an oddity.

Greetings, I just ordered two. One for me and one for my sister. She was so excited and then, I told her its coming in June and it sucked the joy out of her moment...LOL! I just said, you only have to wait a month and something...then, you will have the best damn vape around. So chill. She chilled. I am really happy right now....THANK YOU Gary and Apollo.

WHAT AN AMAZING DISCOUNT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No one has a discount like this...NO ONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WOW! HAPPY DANCE ALL OVER THE HOUSE!

With that code I am incredibly tempted. I never tried the first ALP, and while I got close to buying one, the maintenance aspects were the main things that held me back. It sounds like they've made cleaning the air path much easier, but I'd love to know more details. Based on the roll out of the original, do you think we will get more info before it's too late to pre-order?

Also, did they make a WPA for the first one? I would like to know if using ALP2 on glass will be an easy option.

It seems from comments that most people use the dosing capsules. I would love to know if we can order the compatable dosing capsules at the same time as the preorder.

I almost only vape at home, so do most of you feel that even for people not needing the portability, it's still a great choice for a vape?

(EDIT) I forgot to ask about air flow. Of all the vapes you have tried, where does the ALP stand with air flow? The more open, the better for me. If there are any vapes known for decent air flow that you think this matches or is better than, please let me know so I can get an idea.

Is this just an aesthetic change? Vapor path sounds good and all and display. Hoping for a smaller version of the AVLP2

The vapor path was a huge issue and apparently its fixed. For me...that was really all the improvement needed. It is a pretty perfect vape. I love it lots.

Do you have to do anything special if you use a dosing cap with half of it left empty? Sometimes I only need a micro-dose, and other times a full one. I remember people saying that there was a thing you spin in the lid to make it work better with less flower. What do you do when you use a dosing capsule?

That option is only possible to use without capsules but I do not see why would there be a problem with half filled capsule. I have capsules but do not usually use those, I prefer to use a mesh filter cut to size over the material and pull out the dosing thing as far out as possible without falling.

I've underloaded the dosing caps many times. They vape just fine being underfilled. You can underfill them as much as you want. I do not use the microdosing disk you are talking about, I removed it since I use the caps.

I didn’t want or need another vape, but at that price, they suckered me in. I’ve already ordered a Tafee Bowle for 420.

Is that to get better air flow? What do you think of the airflow? Is it very open?
