Update on my customer service thread with AirVape. Because of my air leak problem that occurred on arrival, they are sending me a replacement unit once inventory is available. Since I threw out my original box, I will use the box that the replacement device comes in, and they’re helping me out by sending me a return label for an easy return process.
I appreciate how they are going above and beyond for me and my situation, so I decided to order the small proof case to come along with the warranty replacement to show my support.
